Role Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Documentation Writer for a manufacturing company in the field of radio electronics. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and updating technical documentation: manuals, instructions, user guides, release notes, and other documents required during the development process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation and updating technical documentation.
• Compiling product updates and preparing various types of user materials: user guides, product briefs, datasheets, instructions, release notes, and more.
• Collaboration with Engineering, QA, Customer Support, and other teams to gather the necessary information for writing technical documentation.
• Organizing and structuring information in a logical way to ensure easy navigation and readability.
• Involvement in testing the company’s innovative hardware solutions.
• Writing and maintaining technical content for different audiences, including product and technical teams, developers, and other stakeholders.

• Translating complex technical concepts into user-friendly language.

   

Requirements:

• Preferably technical education — (avionics, electronics, radio engineering, robotics, systems engineering, or other related fields).
• Preferred experience in technical writing — at least six months.
• English — Upper-intermediate or higher.

• Proactivity, communication skills, attention to detail, and a desire to learn and grow.

We are seeking a proactive and structured Corporate Documentation Specialist to strengthen our clientʼs Editorial team (Defence/MilTech domain). 

In this role, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and structuring corporate materials, as well as collaborating with stakeholders to introduce new topics and processes. 

This position is ideal for a professional with strong writing skills, systems thinking, and experience working with corporate documentation. 

Responsibilities 

• Expand the internal knowledge platform content: prepare new topics, update existing materials, and structure content. 
• Develop release plans and content plans for the growth of the company’s knowledge base. 
• Write, translate, adapt, and illustrate corporate policies and related materials. 
• Collaborate with stakeholders across different teams to collect information and implement new topics in the corporate knowledge base. 
• Describe processes and prepare process diagrams, flowcharts, and supporting illustrations. 
• Prepare presentations and visual materials for internal communications. 

Requirements 

• 2+ years of experience in Technical Communication, Corporate Documentation, Technical Writing, or related fields. 
• Practical experience in process documentation, creating diagrams, flowcharts, and visual explanations. 
• Confident working knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Microsoft Excel, GitLab and Confluence. 
• Ability to work with visual materials and basic skills in illustrating or creating diagrams. 
• English proficiency at C1 (Advanced) level. 
• Strong attention to detail, logical thinking, and a structured approach to work. 

Nice to Have 

• Experience working with corporate policies or process management. 
• Skills in graphic tools such as Figma, Illustrator, or Visio. 
• Experience creating training materials.

• Уміє працювати з аналітикою та юзабіліті-сервісами
• Має досвід роботи з CMS (будь-якою)
• Базово знайомий із сервісами проєктування інтерфейсів (Figma або інші)
• Знається на користувацьких дослідженнях
• Готовий працювати в рамках методу Scrum
• Прагне вчитися та застосовувати нові знання на практиці
• Ініціативний
