Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive System Administrator to manage, maintain, and support our 
organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth operation of systems, 
networks while proactively identifying and resolving technical issues.
Required Qualifications:
Higher technical education 
Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role
Understanding of backup and disaster recovery solutions
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and teamwork abilities
Good English (intermediate level, written and spoken)
Technical Requirements:
You must be experienced in the following technologies and methods:
Strong knowledge of Windows and/or Linux operating systems
Experience with network management, firewalls, and security systems
Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)
Experience with the following systems: OTRS System, Jira
Experience in administration of Active Directory, Group Policy, AD, DNS, DHCP
Knowledge of Cisco (ASA, Switch), IP-telephony, Baramundi Management Center, PowerShell would 
be an advantage
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues our users encounter (1st line 
support)
Check the technical hardware, where appropriate, make appointments for maintenance work
Prepare the workplace for new employees incl. installation of the new notebooks
Maintenance and packet assembling from software
Maintenance and monitoring of OS-deployment and patch rollout
Check the employee hardware and software regarding of being up-to-date and recommend updates
Knowledge about the implemented software on the employee computers
Collaborate with other IT team members and departments to support business needs

About the Role
We are looking for an IT Engineer to support and maintain our global IT infrastructure. In this role, you will work closely with Virtuozzo team members worldwide, supporting both physical infrastructure and SaaS systems to ensure the 24/7 availability of servers, services, and internal systems.
You will join an established IT team and help scale our infrastructure to support our growing international organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on systems administration, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement of IT operations, meant for Mid-level candidates in Lviv, Ukraine.

What You’ll Be Doing
As part of our IT team, you will:

• Provide day-to-day support through the IT helpdesk
• Manage access to SaaS systems, including regular reconciliation
• Set up and manage email accounts, groups, and calendars (Microsoft 365, Active Directory)
• Install, configure, and upgrade software for self-hosted systems
• Perform server maintenance, patching, and upgrades
• Monitor servers and services, resolving or escalating incidents as needed
• Troubleshoot outages and prepare RFO (Reason for Outage) documentation when required
• Support employee onboarding and offboarding IT processes
• Collaborate with the wider IT and Security teams to document and improve internal workflows
• Contribute to improving overall IT security hygiene and policies
• Assist with hardware setup, maintenance, and asset lifecycle management
• Plan and deliver IT assets to employees
• Help with local facilities IT hardware and infrastructure

What We’re Looking For
Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Linux administration, including RHEL/CentOS and Debian/Ubuntu
• Solid understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, etc.)
• Working knowledge of Windows and macOS systems
• Experience administering Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, and Active Directory
• Good understanding of IT hardware and system maintenance
• Strong spoken and written English skills
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and work collaboratively in a team

Nice to Have:

• Experience in an IT helpdesk or customer support environment
• Exposure to virtualization platforms
• Experience with technologies such as:
• Apache, Nginx
• MySQL, PostgreSQL
• Zabbix
• Puppet or Ansible

We are currently looking for a Cloud Systems Administrator (Azure & M365) to join a manufacturing company in the field of radio electronics.

The main responsibility of this role is to manage and support Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments, including identity governance, security configurations, and resource monitoring. You will work with Azure services, Microsoft Entra ID, and various admin tools to ensure a secure, stable, and efficient cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and support the Microsoft Azure environment, including virtual machines, storage, networking, and security configurations.
• Administer and maintain Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including user lifecycle management, group management, and identity governance.
• Configure and maintain Microsoft admin tools: Microsoft 365 Admin Center, Entra Admin Center, Intune, Endpoint Manager, Security Portal, Compliance Center, Exchange Admin Center, etc.
• Implement and manage Azure RBAC, Conditional Access, MFA, Identity Protection, and SSO integrations.
• Monitor cloud resources, performance, and security alerts using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Defender for Cloud, and related tools.
• Support provisioning, access control, and policy management across Azure and M365 environments.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, apply updates, and maintain backup and disaster recovery configurations.
• Collaborate with IT and security teams to maintain a stable, secure cloud environment.

Requirements:

• 3+ years working in Azure or Microsoft cloud administration roles
• Strong understanding of Microsoft Azure services and architecture
• Microsoft Entra ID administration (users, groups, roles, identity governance)
• Experience with Conditional Access, MFA, RBAC, security baselines
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 admin tools (M365 Admin Center, Exchange, Security & Compliance, Intune)
• Azure VM, storage, networking, backup, and policy management
• Monitoring tools: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, Defender for Cloud
• Scripting/automation skills (PowerShell, Azure CLI)
• Incident troubleshooting and root cause analysis
