Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:

Join us as a Senior Staff Validation Engineer to drive state-of-the-art automotive technologies, leveraging your embedded systems experience. You’ll lead validation projects and be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through testing and validation processes. You will collaborate closely with software development teams to design, execute, and automate tests, identify and document issues, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our PSoC and HMI solutions that shape next‑generation automotive products.

 

• Be responsible for the Validation of device drivers used for Communication or signal generation/measurements (E.g.: SPI, UART, PWM, ADC, DMA etc.)
• Investigate, implement, institutionalize and maintain the verification and validation methods and infrastructure (e.g. automation to improve quality and efficiency in terms of cost and time)
• Drive innovation in the form of new advancements (test methods/tools, test automation, test infrastructure)
• Institutionalize software test processes compliant with Automotive standards (e.g.ISO26262, ASPICE)
• Have ownership of reviews - Test Specifications & Scripts

• More than 3 years of experience in Device Driver software testing, which includes good knowledge of the standard software development Life Cycle

• Strong knowledge in OOP/C#/.Net/Python languages
• Experience in the development/maintenance of the test automation and continuous integration frameworks

Your job isn't just testing code in a vacuum — you will ensure seamless, fail-proof interactions between physical smart devices and our cloud platform.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

• Own the Quality: Drive end-to-end manual testing across our edge hardware stack and cloud-based web apps. You test the whole flow: from physical device to the cloud UI.
• Break Things Systematically: Execute functional, regression, smoke, and exploratory tests for Web UI and REST APIs. Validate happy paths, boundary cases, and error handling in unpredictable edge environments.
• Track & Trace: Maintain test plans and checklists (TestRail/Zephyr/Xray) with strict traceability to Jira.

Шукаємо Junior Strong Manual QA Engineer в інхаус команду. Роль без прив’язки до одного проєкту, завантаженість за потреби під активні Web і Mobile продукти, а також задачі на стику з дизайном та вимогами.

 

Що ви будете робити

• Мануальне тестування Web і Mobile продуктів.
• Перевірка user flows, логіки фіч, едж кейсів, не лише UI.
• Опис багів у зрозумілому форматі: steps, expected, actual.
• Аналіз вимог і дизайнів: відсутні стани, логічні розриви, неочевидні сценарії.
• Участь у presale задачах: декомпозиція, уточнення вимог, підготовка FBL.

Важливо: буде потреба зростати в напрямку Business Analysis або Project Manager, це обов’язкова умова.

 

Що ми очікуємо

• Від 1го року комерційного досвіду мануального тестування Web і Mobile.
• Розуміння SDLC та основних типів тестування.
• Вміння писати якісні баг-репорти без постійних уточнень від розробників.
• Англійська B2, письмова і розмовна.
• Готовність поступово включатися в задачі з аналізу вимог.

Буде плюсом

• Досвід аналізу дизайнів і вимог з фокусом на missing states та логічні розриви.
• Вміння працювати з нечіткими або неповними вимогами.
• Досвід декомпозиції функціоналу та підготовки FBL (Feature Breakdown List).

Важливі моменти

• Можлива пряма комунікація з замовником, якщо підключимо вас напряму.
• Трекер часу можливий в окремих випадках, залежно від формату роботи з клієнтом.

Які навички та критерії нам зараз важливі:

• У вас є не менше 1,5+ роки досвіду Manual QA з яких від 6 місяців роботи саме в продукті чи в продуктовій компанії;
• Маєте розуміння процесу тестування, методології тестування та життєвого циклу програмного забезпечення;
• Активно використовуєте в своїй роботі Chrome DevTools
• Володієте знаннями теорії тестування, технік тест дизайну, тестової документації тощо;
• Здатні чітко і ясно комунікувати з розробниками та іншими зацікавленими сторонами для вирішення проблем та вдосконалення процесів;

• Маєте досвід тестування web додатків;

   

Буде плюсом, якщо ви маєте:

• Досвід тестування платформ для навчання
• Маєте ISTQB сертифікат
   

На даній посаді вам необхідно буде вирішити наступні задачі:

• Проведете аналіз вимог і протестуєте функціонал продукту;
• Займетесь написанням і виконанням тест-кейсів і чек-листів;
• Будете виявляти та відтворювати баги;
• Підтримувати тестову документацію в актуальному стані;
• Будете тісно співпрацювати з командою розробників і продактів для забезпечення якості;
• Зробите внесок у покращення процесів тестування на проєкті.
