What You’ll Do

As our new Product Owner, you will be the driving force behind the vision, development, and continuous improvement of your assigned product area. Your role will be both strategic and tactical—balancing big-picture thinking with day-to-day execution.
 

You will:

• Own and manage the product backlog for your vertical, ensuring it reflects customer needs and business priorities.
• Gather and analyze requirements from user feedback, data insights, and market trends.
• Craft clear, actionable product requirements and user stories in Jira.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration with developers, designers, QA, and stakeholders to deliver features on time and to spec.
• Monitor progress and report weekly on development milestones.
• Coordinate product releases and communicate feature rollouts to internal and external audiences.
• Validate prototypes and concepts through user interviews, usability testing, and iterative feedback.
• Contribute to the broader product vision with fresh ideas and a deep understanding of user needs.
   

What You Bring:

• 3+ years of product ownership experience in a SaaS environment.
• A proven track record of turning complex business challenges into elegant product solutions.
• Expertise with Jira and (ideally) Confluence.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• A positive, proactive mindset—someone who thrives in a collaborative, remote-first team.

Bonus Points

• Experience with Amplitude or other analytics and task management tools.
• A technical background or experience delivering software integrations.
• Familiarity with booking, scheduling, or service-based platforms.

What You'll get to do:

• Take the lead of scrum teams as the Product Owner. 
• Providing vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements. 
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on. 
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog. 
• Develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy. 
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories. 
• Work closely with Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value. 
• Lead the planning product release plans and set the expectation for delivery of new functionalities. 
• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals. 
• Research and analyse market, the users and competitors. 
• Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends.
   

What You need to know:

• Previous working experience as a Casino Product Owner or Business Analyst for 2+ years. 
• In-depth knowledge of Agile process and principles.

We’re looking for a Product Owner to join our team. We are growing and would like to further expand our expertise offering in the Edge Computing domain. One of the first challenges to tackle will be to build a product with our US partner in the smart home domain.

We seek an individual who craves autonomy in management decisions and the opportunity to be involved in creating new, practical products. We need a team partner who is eager to develop expertise in new, highly fascinating domains, such as Edge Computing, where we foresee significant innovation in the coming years.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Taking ownership for elaborating the product concept and working with partners at a strategic level.
• The person who will transform partner visions, propose product development paths, and integrate solutions into the roadmap.
• Defining, refining, and executing a high-impact roadmap for the specific product. Prioritizing features and technical investments that drive revenue and customer value.
• Ensuring the seamless operation of the product team and controlling the execution of the product roadmap in close integration with partner teams and their goals.
• Controlling the execution of the product roadmap, coupled with the necessity to autonomously understand the market's details and specifics.
• Leading analysis of customer feedback, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Identifying gaps and crafting features that set TruScope apart.
• Coordinating engineering, UX/UI, data science, QA, and DevOps. Removing blockers, enforcing agile best practices, and accelerating delivery.
• Creating value propositions, sales tools, and launch collateral. Working with marketing and sales to hit adoption and pipeline goals.
• Own the full development cycle: requirements, UAT planning, beta programs, launch, and post-release fixes.
   

WHAT YOU BRING ALONG:

• 4+ years in product management, ideally in  SaaS or construction tech
• Hands-on with mobile products 
• Ability to synthesize market data and business goals into clear strategies
• Deep knowledge of cloud, microservices, mobile SDKs, and AR platforms
• Agile/Scrum expert
• Bias toward action and independent decision-making
• Passion for field-ready solutions that solve real construction challenges
• Willingness to dive into the technical details

WILL BE A PLUS:

• Experience integrating with ERP, PMIS, or financial systems
• Expertise in mobile-first UX and offline-first architectures
• Existing network with general contractors or specialty subs
