Responsibilities:

Product Owner:

• Serve as the primary contact for stakeholders, ensuring expectations are aligned and information is effectively communicated across teams.
• Manage the product backlog, plan work iterations, and drive the successful delivery of key features.
• Define digital solutions, form the product vision, and break down the scope into actionable tasks.
• Properly manage product requirements from ideation through implementation to address business needs and deliver tangible outcomes.
• Collaborate with design and development teams to enhance product functionality.
• Prepare and maintain essential project documentation, including PRDs, roadmaps,
• Utilize data analysis to guide decision-making, validate assumptions, and test hypotheses/features.

Operations Management:

• Plan, monitor, and evaluate project and product performance, track relevant KPIs and metrics.
• Coordinate team activities and facilitate meetings or team discussions
• Collaborate with the marketing team to define go-to-market strategies and plan ongoing campaigns.
• Monitor performance of marketing campaigns and analyze results to adjust future strategies.
• Manage and coordinate product support operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, control scope, and manage timelines to align with the roadmap.

Requirements:

• Experience: Experience: At least 2 years in a business analysis or project/product management role
• Skills:
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Proven autonomy and confidence in leading cross-functional teams without direct supervision.
  • Understanding of product development methodologies.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to collaborate with team members.
  • Strong general product-sense.
• Language Proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English.

Зараз ми шукаємо досвідченого Product Owner / Менеджера з впровадження, який не на словах, а на ділі відіграватиме важливу роль у розвитку нового продукту у сфері БпЛА.

Основні обов’язки:

• визначення чіткого бачення розвитку продукту, створення дорожньої карти з ключовими ініціативами, цілями й термінами;
• впровадження продукту в інфраструктуру користувача з урахуванням технічних, організаційних та бізнес-вимог;
• постійний аналіз ринку та конкурентів для визначення трендів, потреб клієнтів та прогалин, моніторинг змін у галузі;
• взаємодія з внутрішніми командами та клієнтами, тобто військовими, для розуміння їхніх реальних потреб;
• відстеження аналітики, користувацьких метрик, рівня залученості та фінансових показників, а також використання цих даних для ухвалення рішень;
• координація роботи міжфункціональних команд (інженери, конструктори, розробники, виробництво, ВТК тощо), а також відділів маркетингу, продажів і support;
• оперативне виправлення недоліків та підтримка високого рівня якості продукції;
• організація процесу створення та оновлення документації;

• регулярне представлення оновлень продукту керівництву, клієнтам і партнерам.

   

Для нас важливо:

• досвід роботи на позиції Product Owner, Project Manager, Business Analyst або у схожих ролях, які потребують самостійності в ухваленні рішень та відповідальності;
• досвід роботи з KPI та ухвалення рішень на основі даних;

Key tasks of the position:
 

• Conduct in-depth research on market trends and technological advancements to support strategic decision-making and identify opportunities for innovation;
• Analyze and evaluate software solutions to improve operational efficiency and optimize internal processes;
• Lead and manage the R&D team, ensuring collaboration, efficiency, and the successful delivery of solutions aligned with business goals;

Knowledge and skills required:
 

• 2+ years of experience in roles involving business analysis, project management, or similar functions, preferably in an AI-driven company/project;
• Fluent English (spoken and written);
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying process improvements and evaluating software solutions;
• Experience managing projects, with an understanding of both technical and business requirements;
• Knowledge of project management frameworks, particularly PMBOK, including key processes, artifacts, and deliverables;
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and their application in project management;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and external partners;
• Proficiency in preparing and maintaining structured documentation, including reports, business cases, and user stories;
• Familiarity with process optimization tools and technologies (e.g., BPMN, Lean) is an advantage.

• Формування та управління продуктовою стратегією, пріорітезація задач

Основні вимоги:

• Вища освіта
• 4+ років досвіду роботи на релевантних посадах Product Owner/Manager
• Досвід роботи у банку/fintech напрямку
• Досвід у тестуванні гіпотез при створенні або розширенні функціоналу продуктів
• Досвід в управлінні основними продуктовими метриками
• Досвід формування дорожніх карт, постановки задач і управління їх виконанням
• Розуміння побудови IT процесів для розробки мобільних продуктів
• Знання методологій та фреймворків бізнес аналізу

• Знання англійської мови на рівні Англійська (-Intermediate – B1 – Середній)+ для комунікації із зовнішніми підрядниками
