    Key requirements:

    Required Experience/Skills:

    • 2+ years of experience in B2B marketing for software development services;

To strengthen this direction, we are looking for a skilled Senior User Acquisition Manager to lead campaign strategy and execution, ensuring performance-driven growth for our clients.

     

    Responsibilities:

    β€’Plan, launch, and scale user acquisition campaigns with our proprietary Big Data tools and services

    β€’Independently manage full-cycle campaigns: from strategy to execution and continuous optimization

    β€’Analyze performance data to ensure strong ROI and effective budget allocation

    β€’Develop, test, and optimize creative strategies, funnels, and messaging across channels

    β€’Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities

    β€’Optimize existing channels and test new ones to improve acquisition metrics

    β€’Deliver consistent, positive results while maintaining cost-efficiency

     

    Requirements:

    β€’Proven track record in managing performance-based user acquisition campaigns (CPA model), particularly in e-commerce, banking or insurance verticals

    β€’Solid understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and campaign optimization techniques

    β€’Experience with Telecom-based channels (SMS/Viber) driving traffic to digital destinations

    β€’Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and performance marketing tools

    β€’Proficiency with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau or Google Data Studio

    β€’SQL knowledge is a plus

    β€’Analytical mindset, self-starter attitude, and a strong focus on delivering profitable outcomes

    β€’Ability to work autonomously and take full ownership of campaigns
