We’re looking for a skilled Dynamics 365 Administrator with development experience to support and enhance our Customer Service and Power Platform environment. This role includes building and maintaining flows, screens, and automations — as well as owning admin tasks like user roles, security, and data structure. Experience with agentic tools or chatbots is a strong plus.

Core Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Dynamics 365 (Customer Service)
• Build and maintain Power Automate flows
• Develop and maintain Power Apps screens
• Handle plugins, workflows, and light C#/JavaScript customizations
• Collaborate with stakeholders on scalable, maintainable solutions
• Bonus: Experience with chatbot frameworks or agentic tooling

Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on Dynamics 365 administration
• Solid Power Automate skills
• Familiarity with Dataverse, Power Apps, and solution packaging
• Development mindset and comfort with both code and low-code
• English proficiency (written and spoken)

Key Responsibilities:

• Customize the system according to the client’s business processes
• Provide user support and consulting

Position overview

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Developer to design and build a custom business application using Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Dataverse. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with the Power Platform, strong knowledge of Dataverse schema design, and the ability to integrate business logic and workflows into scalable, user-friendly solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop a custom application using Dynamics 365 and Dataverse.
• Customize forms, views, dashboards, and business process flows.
• Implement business logic using Power Automate, JavaScript, and Plugins (C#).
• Integrate external systems and services using Dataverse APIs, Azure Logic Apps, or custom connectors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Ensure application security, performance, and scalability.
• Provide documentation and user training as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM and Power Platform.
• Strong understanding of Dataverse (formerly Common Data Service).
• Experience with Power Apps (Model-driven and/or Canvas).
• Proficiency in Power Automate, JavaScript, and C# Plugins.
• Familiarity with Azure services, REST APIs, and custom connectors.
• Ability to work independently and manage project timelines.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Розробка нового функціоналу та доопрацювання існуючої системи згідно з FDD;
• Участь у повному циклі розробки – від аналізу вимог до впровадження у продуктивне середовище;
• Робота з таблицями, формами, класами, контролерами, Data Entities;
• Підтримка та оптимізація бізнес-процесів компанії;

• Вища технічна освіта;
• 2–4 роки досвіду роботи з X++ та D365 F&O;
• Базові знання X++ та розуміння архітектури D365 F&O;
• Досвід роботи з Visual Studio та Application Object Tree (AOT);
• Знання життєвого циклу розробки: Dev → Test → Prod;
• Практичні навички роботи з Electronic Reporting, SQL та REST API;
• Досвід роботи з DevOps;
• Знання Extension-підходу;
• Англійська – на рівні читання та розуміння технічної документації.
