Key responsibilities:

1. Building and testing AI agents and conversational systems for lead research, client outreach, and pipeline management;
2. Designing and refining LLM interactions to improve conversation quality and task performance;
3. Automating business processes using n8n — integrating databases, scraping tools, and outreach platforms;
4. Supporting data collection and processing to enable targeted outbound campaigns;

Requirements:

1. Up to 1 year of hands-on experience in AI implementation or workflow automation;
2. Experience working with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini) and/or agent frameworks;
3. Experience with Python, JavaScript/TypeScript;
4. Familiarity with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, pgvector);
5. Basic understanding of AI cost optimization, latency, prompt engineering, and RAG pipelines;
6. Practical understanding of n8n — or strong motivation to learn it quickly (experience building flows, connecting APIs, etc.);
7. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently conduct online research and experimentation;
8. Ability to work with semi-structured data (JSONs, CSVs);
9. Knowledge of REST APIs and backend integrations;
10. Experience with Git;
11. Upper-intermediate level of English (written and verbal);
12. A self-starter with a learning mindset — not afraid to test, iterate, and improve;

Project Overview

We are seeking a Senior ML to join our AI & Data project. In this role, you will combine high-end machine learning engineering with a revolutionary approach to software delivery. You will not just build AI; you will build AI using AI, orchestrating agentic workflows to deliver complex solutions at a velocity traditional teams cannot match.

You will focus on building practical, production-ready solutions that bridge the gap between unstructured data and structured logic using LLMs, agentic workflows, and knowledge representations (ontologies, knowledge graphs). Основні обов'язки

• Моніторинг та експертна оцінка нових технологій у сфері ШІ
• Розробка стратегічних прототипів, PoC та MVP-рішень
• Проведення оцінки відповідності (compliance) та вдосконалення існуючих AI/ML рішень
• Безпосередня інтеграція в команди розробки для створення агентних (Agentic AI) та GenAI рішень
• Проєктування та реалізація складних ланцюжків завдань (task chains) для цифрових каналів банку
• Технічне менторство, консультування та надання експертизи командам розробки
• Прийняття архітектурних рішень та проєктування дизайну AI/ML систем

• Знання підходів до автоматизованого тестування галюцинацій та впровадження механізмів Human-in-the-loop

Основні вимоги

• Практичний досвід розробки та оцінки GenAI сервісів (RAG, Agentic RAG, логіка reAct)
• Досвід інтеграції API LLM (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini) та роботи з Self-hosted моделями (Llama 3, Mistral, Mixtral)
• Досвід навчання, Fine-tuning та розгортання моделей у продакшн-середовищах
• Навички роботи з хмарними платформами (AWS, GCP або Azure)
• Досвід впровадження Guardrails (фільтрація PII, Output filters, Fact-checking)
• Вміння проєктувати системи пам'яті моделі (Long-term Memory & User Context) для персоналізації
• Знання фреймворків: LangGraph, LangChain, PyTorch / TensorFlow, Hugging Face
• Глибоке розуміння Function Calling та принципів взаємодії LLM із зовнішніми API
• Досвід роботи з векторними базами даних та методами семантичного пошуку
• Впевнене володіння Python та розуміння асинхронного програмування
• Знання життєвого циклу ШІ-моделей та інструментів оцінки якості (RAGAS, DeepEval)
• Англійська мова на рівні Upper-Intermediate (B2)
