We seek an Accounts Receivable professional who is a certified Bookkeeper and also has experience in Collections. You will join the AR team of Automat-it's global customers and provide excellent customer service to our clients and stakeholders.

📍 Work location - remote from Ukraine

Responsibilities:

• Issue and track credit memos, refunds, and adjustments in accordance with company policy
• Maintain and reconcile customer accounts, resolve discrepancies, and receipts issuing for incoming payments
• Support the month-end close process, including AR reconciliations and revenue reporting
• Oversee and enhance collections and accounts receivable aging processes to minimize delinquencies and establish scalable operational practices.
• Work cross-functionally to review, investigate, and address customer account discrepancies
• Work with the sales team to review overdue accounts and create strategies for collecting outstanding amounts.
• Resolve collection issues by analyzing customer payment plans, histories, and credit limits.
• Partner with the accounting team to maintain an accurate and reconciled A/R sub-ledger, addressing any provisions for bad debts as necessary.
• Conduct credit risk analysis for new and existing customers.
• Handle ad-hoc finance tasks related to the main stakeholders

Requirements:

• Certified bookkeeper
• 3+ years of working experience in an Accounts Receivable role, which includes collection processes and operations, from a large organization with multiple currencies, preferably in tech companies.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and functions such as VLookup 
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Priority system
• Excellent customer-facing skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field, such as Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, or Statistics
• Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in English
• Outstanding attention to detail and excellent time management skills
• A solid service orientation combined with assertiveness and the ability to influence actions to achieve desired outcomes effectively

A day in the life of...

Execute accurately and timely daily activities and functions in General Ledger:

• Process Manual Journal requests and prepare accurate and timely acco unt reconciliation and other reports;
• Identify and investigate unreconciled balances, differences in balances of various source and subsidiary ledgers and/or reports;
• Process all systematic posting and prepare the specific information for Tax reporting;
• Provide Tax reporting to Retained organization on regular basis;
• Perform checks and controls according to Standards;
• Participate in KPIs trends, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving;
• Ensure the availability of updated Standards due to legal and process changes and Nestle Best Practices.

What will make you successful

• Master degree either in Economics/Accountancy/Finance;
• Good knowledge of business processes provided by NBS Lviv, preferably experience in AP, AR, PY stream.
• Good knowledge of MS Office (particularly in Excel) in working with big volume data (extraction, analysis) and SAP;
• Good analytical skills and attention to details;
• Good planning, organizational and time-management skills;
• Good interpersonal skills;
•  Knowledge of English (Intermediate: spoken and written).

Ми ростемо, але обсяг роботи ще не такий великий, щоб мати окремо бухгалтера і фінансиста. Тому шукаємо універсального фахівця, який зможе поєднувати ці дві функції. Проте, щоб ви могли плавно увійти в усі процеси та свою роль, перші кілька місяців ви будете працювати у парі з головним бухгалтером. І після того, як вже впевнено почуватиметесь у своїй ролі — передамо вам ведення фінансів на самостійне управління (ви станете єдиним бухгалтером компанії).

Ваші завдання:

• Виставлення актів по оренді (1 день на місяць)
• Ведення ФОП працівників (супровід у відкритті, сплаті податків)
• Організація та контроль розрахунків з оплати праці (погодинний розрахунок) (1 день на місяць)
• Виставлення інвойсів (1 день на місяць)
• Подання місячної, квартальної та річної звітності до контролюючих органів
• Підготовка фінансових звітів (місячні та квартальні)
• Взаємодія з податковими та іншими контролюючими органами

Що важливо:

• Досвід ведення обліку для Товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю (ТОВ) та Фізичних осіб-підприємців (ФОП) на спрощеній системі (3 група, без ПДВ)
• Вміння здійснювати розрахунки та зарахування заробітної плати працівникам
• Вміння оформлювати річні та квартальні фінансові звіти
• Досвід ведення управлінської звітності
