Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven financial decisions.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
• Experience with financial software, ERP systems, and data analytics tools.

Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Be local reference for Group standards (TransForm)
• Work with Group on correct mapping local chart of accounts vs Group for BFC
• Make proper closing in BFC system on quarterly basis
• Build bridges local books vs BFC and HFM after closing and other ad hoc reports
• Check compliance with internal controls every month

• Communicate with Group on any other LFD topics

   

Education, skills and experience:

Must have:

• Higher education in finance and accounting
• English advanced
• SAP system knowledge
• IFRS knowledge
• Microsoft office applications knowledge

• Experience 7+ years

We are seeking an experienced Accountant/Finance Manager with a minimum of 1 year of expertise in financial management and compliance. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting tasks and ensuring smooth financial operations for our company.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  - Manage legal documentation such as NDA, employment contracts etc;

  - Oversee cash flow and maintain accurate financial records for all accounts;  

  - Handle accounting for an LLC (Diia City) and PE (3rd group);  

  - Administrate payroll and HR documentation for hired employees;  

  - Calculate and manage money rewards processes;

  - Prepare and issue invoices to clients;  

  - Ensure full compliance with Ukrainian tax and labor regulations;  

  - Assist in financial reporting and audits.  

Requirements:  

- At least 1 year of accounting experience in Ukraine, and working with LLCs is must have;

- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word;  

- Familiarity with accounting software (1C, MEDoc, or similar tools is a plus);  

- Intermediate English (B1) or higher;

- Attention to details and strong analytical skills;  

- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics (preferred).

Ця роль вимагає уважності до деталей, сильних організаційних навичок та вміння працювати з фінансовими даними та інструментами звітності.

• Ступінь бакалавра з фінансів, бухгалтерського обліку, економіки або суміжної спеціальності
• До 1 року відповідного досвіду роботи (також готові розглянути студентів які готові працювати повний робочий день)
• Базове розуміння фінансових процесів, пов’язаних із кредиторською та дебіторською заборгованістю
• Знання процедур виставлення рахунків, обробки платежів та звірки
• Розуміння фінансової звітності та принципів бухгалтерського обліку буде перевагою

Ця роль вимагає відмінних навичок роботи в Excel та уваги до деталей для забезпечення точності та узгодженості даних. Спеціаліст підтримуватиме з процесами фінансової звітності, допомагатиме в автоматизації звітності та співпрацюватиме з різними відділами для оптимізації управління даними та звітності. 

• Вимоги:
  • Ступінь бакалавра з фінансів, бухгалтерського обліку, економіки або суміжної спеціальності
