We’re excited to offer an opportunity for Accounting Operations Accountant to join our finance team.

With you we will:  

• Execute daily activities and functions in General Ledger​
• Process Manual Journal requests and prepare account reconciliation along with other reports​
• Identify and investigate unreconciled balances, differences in balances of various source and subsidiary ledgers and/or reports​
• Participate in KPIs trends, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving
• Ensure timeliness and accuracy of processes performed according to defined SLAs, root cause analysis of mistakes/errors and problem solving
• Participate in department meetings, meetings with partners

Key requirements:

• A professional with knowledge of either in Economics/Accountancy/Finance/International relations ;
• Good in analytics, planning, with organizational, time-management and communication skills;
• Precise and accurate with figures
• Able to work with big volume of data;
• Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel​;
• Have Intermediate English level or higher

About the Role

We’re looking for a Financial Reporting Specialist to join our Finance Team and help scale Solidgate’s global reporting operations during a phase of rapid growth.

This role combines structured, high-quality reporting with real impact. You’ll work with multiple international entities, support complex group audits, and keep our reporting accurate, compliant, and ready for scale — while continuously improving and automating core finance processes.

What You’ll Own

• Local reporting for international legal entities, ensuring timely, precise, and compliant financial statements
• Preparation and delivery of information and documentation for banks, management, and auditors
• Coordination with BIG-4 auditors during annual audits
• Planning and implementing improvements and automation in accounting and reporting processes
• Communication with consultants across multiple jurisdictions
• Preparation and submission of regulatory reports and tax declarations

You’re a Great Fit if You Have

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Audit, Economics, or a related field
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in accounting, reporting, or audit
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and international accounting standards, with the ability to interpret financial reports
• Advanced Excel skills — complex formulas, data analysis, reporting
• Solid grasp of banking operations, transactions, and payment instruments
• Structured thinking, analytical mindset, and problem-solving ability
• High attention to detail, responsibility, and ownership
• Strong communication and organizational skills

Nice to Have

• English at Upper-Intermediate / Advanced level
• Experience preparing reports for international or foreign companies
• Pursuing financial qualifications (ACCA, CFA, CIMA)

Контроль ведення бухгалтерського обліку за діялянками
Відповідає за автоматизацію бухгалтерського обліку
Підготовка та перевірка звітності за напрямками
Замінює заступників головного бухгалтера у разі відсутності

Твоїми задачами буде:

• Займатимешся обробкою запитів від провайдера щодо можливого фроду: обробка та оспорювання чарджбеків, рефанди;
• Контролюватимеш аналітику по чарджбекам;
• Розробиш чарджбек- та фрод-превеншн стратегії компанії;
• Напрацюєш правила роботи з ризиковими користувачами;
• Налаштуєш та контролюватимеш роботу RDR, Ethoca Alerts, CE 3.0

Що для нас важливо:

• Маєш досвід роботи від 2 років на подібних посадах;
• Знаєш основні метрики (chargeback ratio, fraud rate, dispute success rate) та трешхолди платіжних систем;
• Маєш досвід роботи з чарджбеками: підготовка доказової бази (документи, дані, скріншоти);
• Маєш глибокі знання правил платіжних систем (Visa, Mastercard, інші) щодо оскарження чарджбеків та роботи з фродом;
• Працював(ла) з OI та CE 3.0;
• Маєш досвід підготовки мітігейшн-планів при перевищенні трешхолдів;
• Маєш досвід роботи з чарджбек-превеншн системами: Verifi, Ethoca, Kount тощо;
• Розумієш функціонал Ethoca, працював(ла) зі звітами, інтеграцією та використовував(ла) її для зниження фродових та чб транзакцій;
• Маєш аналітичні навички для виявлення причин чарджбеків, розробки стратегій їх зменшення та моніторингу фродових транзакцій;
• Працював(ла) з платіжними провайдерами: комунікація, отримання звітів та їх аналіз;
• Володієш англійською на рівні Advanced (C1).

Буде плюсом:

• Маєш просунутий рівень роботи з Excel / Google Sheets;
• Працював(ла) з BI-системами (Tableau, Power BI, Looker);
• Будував(ла) дашборди для моніторингу основних метрик (fraud rate, chargeback ratio).
