You are:  

• Expert with University degree in Economics/Accountancy/Finance/International relations 
• Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel 
• Knowledgeable in VAT system 
• Able to manage big volume data (extraction, analysis) 
• Responsible, attentive to details and result-oriented with strong analytical, communication and time-management skills 
• Have Intermediate English level or higher 
• Open-minded with positive attitude 

With you we will:  

• Prepare and provide Tax reporting to Retained organization on regular basis with compliance controls ensuring 
• Follow up on tax legal changes and establish the processes accordingly 
• Communicate with foreign stakeholders and colleagues all over the world 
• Implement Global projects for tax simplification/optimization in Nestle 
• Take part and initiate projects for improvement of existing processes using problem-solving methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Lean, White & Green Belt DMAIC etc.)

At Automat-it, we help companies take control of their cloud costs, and we’re looking for a Cloud Solution Analyst who will join our FinOps team. This is an opportunity to step into one of the most in-demand areas of cloud technology and work with innovative customers, helping them make smart decisions about their cloud usage. Your first month will be dedicated to learning the basics (including AWS Practitioner certification), and you’ll gradually take on more responsibility by managing customers and taking care of their complex projects from the FinOps side.

Responsibilities

• Guide our customers through AWS billing and usage data, helping them understand key insights and trends.
• Partner with customers to review their cloud consumption and highlight cost optimization opportunities.
• Use external and internal tools to guide customers, set budgets, monitor usage patterns, and detect spending anomalies.
• Turn cloud usage data into clear, actionable recommendations and follow up on the impact of those changes.
• Create and present easy-to-understand reports and dashboards

• Support the smooth onboarding of new customers into Automat-it’s FinOps services.

   

Requirements

• Customer-oriented and excellent communication skills
• Ability to learn AWS cloud architecture and services
• Fluent in written and verbal communication skills in English
• Excellent organizational and task management skills
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reporting, and task management systems
• Ability to work with data, spot trends, and draw practical conclusions
• Ability to translate reports into simple insights and actionable recommendations
• A degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, Math, Finance, or Big Data - an advantage

• Understanding of cloud platforms (especially AWS) and basic architecture concepts - an advantage

Ми шукаємо уважного та аналітичного Financial Operations Specialist, який приєднається до команди по роботі з клієнтами та відповідатиме за напрямок Settlementі Reconciliation.

Ця роль передбачає звірку транзакцій з мерчантами, банками та міжнародними платіжними системами, а також аналіз розбіжностей по транзакціям у платіжній інфраструктурі.

Ми очікуємо
 

• Досвід роботи у фінансових операціях, accounting, reconciliation та settlement
• Практичний досвід проведення звірок транзакцій (merchant / bank / PSP)
• Розуміння процесів:
  • settlement
  • reconciliation
  • взаєморозрахунків з мерчантами
• Знання життєвого циклу транзакції:
  • authorization → clearing → settlement
• Розуміння принципів обліку:
  • fees
  • refunds
  • chargebacks
• Досвід роботи з банківськими виписками та фінансовими звітами
• Впевнене володіння Excel / Google Sheets:
  • формули
  • pivot tables
  • робота з великими даними
• Уважність до деталей та аналітичне мислення
• Досвід комунікації з клієнтами та партнерами

Майбутні задачі
 

• Проведення регулярних звірок транзакцій
• Підготовка та погодження щомісячних актів
• Формування щомісячних reconciliation-звітів
• Перевірка коректності сум settlement, комісій, refund та chargeback операцій
• Аналіз і врегулювання розбіжностей
• Контроль відповідності даних між внутрішніми системами та звітністю мерчанта
• Ведення комунікації з мерчантами щодо платіжних транзакцій
• Робота з банківськими виписками: перевірка, та рознесення даних у внутрішніх системах звітності
• Підготовка аналітики та звітності для внутрішніх підрозділів.

• Досвід роботи у FinTech, PSP або банківській сфері
• Практичний досвід проведення звірок і реконсиляції 
• Розуміння процесів settlement та взаєморозрахунків
• Досвід роботи з актами наданих послуг
• Знання життєвого циклу транзакції (authorization → clearing → settlement)
• Розуміння процесу chargeback та dispute lifecycle
• Досвід роботи з великими масивами даних
• Навички автоматизації звітності (формули, зведені таблиці, аналітика)
• Досвід взаємодії з міжнародними платіжними системами (Visa / Mastercard)

Основні обов’язки

• Деталізація витрат через складні SQL-запити до даних для виявлення приросту витрат.
• Робота з аномаліями, прогнозами та причинами відхилень витрат, пошук причин та комунікація із відповідальними командами.
• Моніторинг цілісності тегування та відповідності інстансів затвердженим вимогам.
• Створення, розвиток та супровід дашбордів у Amazon QuickSight.
• Супровід питань QuickSight як BI-інструменту для користувачів бізнес-підрозділів Банку
• Взаємодія з технічними та бізнес-командами щодо використання та вартості хмарних ресурсів
