## The Role

We are looking for a hands-on CAD Designer and Prototyping Engineer to join our growing product team. You will take ownership of the design and development of WindowKits' product range — from initial concept through to scaled manufacturing — working across CAD modelling, rapid prototyping, and production scale-up.

This is not a desk-only role. You will have direct field experience, seeing your designs installed and tested in real conditions, and the autonomy to iterate and improve based on what you learn.

## What You'll Do

• Design and develop window and shelter components in 3D CAD (FreeCAD, SolidWorks, Fusion 360 or equivalent)
• Create detailed technical drawings and specifications for manufacturing partners
• Build and test physical prototypes using 3D printing and other rapid prototyping methods
• Collaborate with field teams to understand installation requirements and constraints
• Identify design improvements based on field feedback and performance data
• Work with suppliers and manufacturers to take designs from prototype to scaled production
• Maintain and develop a library of standard components and assemblies
• Contribute to thermal performance analysis and optimisation of window and frame designs

• Proven experience in CAD design (any major platform)
• Comfortable working from engineering drawings and toleranced specifications
• Experience with 3D printing and rapid prototyping workflows
• Ability to translate field problems into practical, manufacturable solutions
• Strong attention to detail and a pragmatic, get-things-done mindset
• Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workload
• Interest in humanitarian or construction contexts a strong plus

Про роль

Ми шукаємо досвідченого BIM Team Lead, який/-а очолить команду BIM-моделювання та забезпечить якісне виконання проєктів у сферах архітектури, конструкцій і MEP. Тім-лід відповідає за штатну команду та підрядників, бере участь у формуванні й розширенні BIM-відділу, веде мітинги із замовниками та є технічним авторитетом відділу.

Основні обов'язки

• Управління командою та підрядниками
• Розподіл задач між штатними фахівцями і зовнішніми підрядниками
• Контроль дедлайнів та якості виконання
• Менторство та розвиток членів команди
• Формування та розвиток BIM-відділу
• Участь у відборі нових фахівців: штат і підрядники
• Оцінка потреб команди, планування найму
• Адаптація нових членів команди (onboarding)
• Комунікація із замовниками
• Регулярні мітинги з клієнтами: збір вимог, захист рішень, статус проєктів
• Технічна презентація BIM-результатів замовнику
• Обробка зворотного зв’язку та коригування роботи команди
• Технічне керівництво BIM-проєктами
• 3D BIM-моделювання: архітектура, конструкції, MEP (LOD 100–500)
• 2D CAD-документація: плани, розрізи, фасади, as-built drawings
• Clash Detection & BIM-координація між дисциплінами
• Point Cloud to BIM (Scan-to-BIM) — LiDAR/хмари точок у Revit + ReCap
• Розробка та впровадження BIM-стандартів і процесів відділу
• Контроль якості моделей та технічна перевірка здачі

Обов'язкові вимоги (Must Have)

• Досвід у BIM-моделюванні від 4–5 років
• Досвід на позиції Team Lead / Senior BIM Modeller від 1–2 років
• Впевнене володіння Revit (обов'язково)
• Досвід роботи з ArchiCAD та AutoCAD
• Навички Clash Detection у Navisworks
• Розуміння LOD 100–500 та BIM-стандартів (ISO 19650 — перевага)
• Досвід роботи з Scan-to-BIM / Point Cloud (ReCap — перевага)
• Вміння читати та перевіряти проєктну документацію (АР, КР, МЕП)
• Організаційні навички: планування, делегування, контроль
• Досвід комунікації із замовниками — мітинги, презентації, захист рішень
• Досвід роботи з підрядниками / фрілансерами в BIM-проєктах — перевага

Бажані вимоги (Nice to Have)

• Сертифікати Autodesk (Revit Certified Professional тощо)
• Досвід роботи з BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Знання Civil 3D для інфраструктурних проєктів
• Розуміння IFC / відкритих BIM-стандартів
• Досвід на міжнародних проєктах
• Англійська мова B2+: читання технічної документації, комунікація з клієнтами
