About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to take care of our inbound marketing and content. This is a content-first role. You will write articles, whitepapers, case studies, and landing pages that show what we can do in AI, ML, Cloud, and Data, and turn that into a steady flow of inbound leads.

One important thing: we are an AI-first marketing team. We do pretty much everything through Claude and other LLMs - research, drafts, editing, visuals, landing page copy, analytics. You will work the same way.

A lot of this is already built: we have a documented knowledge base, a library of AI skills and prompts, and playbooks for research, drafting, SEO, and publishing. Your job is not to invent all of it from scratch - it is to run these workflows and to make them better: sharper prompts, faster steps, new skills where we do not have one yet.

Responsibilities

• Plan and run our inbound content: blog articles, whitepapers, ebooks, case studies, one-pagers and checklists.
• Write and launch landing pages for services, campaigns and lead magnets.
• Create content and visuals (banners, illustrations, social creatives, presentation graphics) with Claude, ChatGPT, Midjourney and other LLM and image generation tools.
• Talk to our delivery and engineering teams to collect material for case studies and expert content.
• Run our LinkedIn company page and other social channels: publish posts, repurpose long-form content into shorter pieces.
• Write scripts for our YouTube videos and prepare everything a video needs to go live: title, description, chapters, etc.
• Publish and maintain content in WordPress.
• Apply SEO basics to content and landing pages, track results in Google Analytics and HubSpot, and improve based on what the numbers say.
• Build and maintain a library of prompts, templates, and AI workflows for the marketing team.
   

Requirements

• 6+ months of hands-on digital or content marketing experience, ideally in IT outsourcing or B2B tech.
• Strong writing in English (Upper-Intermediate or higher) - you can take an article, whitepaper, or case study from idea to finished piece.
• Real experience using LLMs (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) for writing and editing, and image generation tools for visuals.
• Basic design skills in Figma or Canva to make banners, social creatives, and landing page mockups.
• Understanding of the IT services market and B2B buyer personas.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM or another marketing automation platform.
• Hands-on experience with WordPress is a plus.
• SEO basics, Google Analytics, and Google Tag Manager are a plus.
• Education in Marketing is a plus.

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive high-quality B2B lead generation. In this role, you will work closely with the marketing team, CMO, and sales department to develop and execute digital strategies that support the company's growth in international markets.

We're looking for someone who is passionate about data-driven marketing, and constantly explores new technologies—including AI—to improve marketing performance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the company's digital marketing strategy and multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
• Plan and manage marketing campaigns, define marketing KPIs, monitor performance, and prepare regular reports with optimization recommendations.
• Manage and optimize website performance, including landing pages, conversion rate optimization (CRO), A/B testing, and user conversion improvements.
• Launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
• Develop and execute SEO strategy, oversee technical SEO, coordinate link-building initiatives, and optimize content for AI-powered search (GEO).
• Monitor AI-driven traffic and brand visibility across generative search platforms.
• Build and optimize marketing automation processes, including email nurturing, lead scoring, marketing funnels, and HubSpot CRM integration and automation.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create and optimize marketing content, including white papers, case studies, blog articles, landing pages, lead magnets, and email campaigns.
• Analyze marketing performance across attribution, customer journey, MQL/SQL performance, website conversion, and campaign effectiveness to drive data-informed decisions.
• Leverage AI tools for content creation, market and competitor research, workflow automation, campaign optimization, and improving marketing productivity.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) minimum, preferably Advanced (C1)
• Hands-on experience with Performance Marketing (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), Marketing Automation, Email Marketing Automation, and SEO.
• Experience working in a B2B IT or Software Development company, and an understanding of the B2B marketing funnel.
• Proven track record of generating leads in international markets, including the US, Europe, and the UK.
• Demonstrated success in scaling digital marketing campaigns.

Will be a big plus:

• Experience marketing IoT, AI, Embedded, or SaaS products.
• Knowledge of Account-Based Marketing (ABM).
• Experience implementing AI-powered marketing automation.

About the role:
At Intent Solutions Group, we’re looking for a hands-on Growth Marketing Manager to lead the development of our demand generation and growth efforts in the US market.

The main goal of this role is to turn target accounts, buying signals, and marketing engagement into qualified executive conversations, sales opportunities, and revenue. Content, SEO, and paid campaigns will support this goal, but they are not the primary focus.

You will work closely with our CEO and sales team, owning the full process from strategy and campaign design to hands-on implementation, measurement, and optimization.
 

Key responsibilities

• Build and manage account-based demand generation programs for defined target accounts and decision-makers.
• Develop nurture journeys across LinkedIn, email, executive content, referrals, partnerships, and other relevant channels.
• Design lifecycle stages, lead and account scoring, automation, sales handoffs, attribution, and pipeline reporting.
• Monitor buying signals and account engagement to identify the right moments for personalized outreach.
• Build founder- and executive-led LinkedIn programs that generate relevant conversations.
• Work closely with sales to improve lead quality, MQL-to-SQL conversion, and pipeline contribution.
• Use GenAI for research, signal monitoring, personalization, workflow automation, reporting, and campaign execution.
• Create or coordinate supporting assets, including case studies, landing pages, email sequences, and sales materials.
• Measure success through qualified meetings, opportunities, pipeline, CAC, and revenue, not only traffic or engagement.
   

What we’re looking for

• 4–6+ years of hands-on experience in B2B growth marketing, demand generation, revenue marketing, or marketing operations.
• Experience in IT services, software development, SaaS, technology consulting, or another complex B2B environment.
• Proven ownership of an end-to-end demand generation system, from target-account selection to qualified pipeline.
• Practical experience with ABM, nurturing, lead or account scoring, automation, attribution, and sales handoff.
• Demonstrated results in qualified meetings, SQLs, opportunities, pipeline, or revenue.
• Experience with HubSpot or a comparable CRM and marketing automation platform.
• Practical use of GenAI beyond content creation, including research, personalization, signal detection, and workflow automation.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate naturally and professionally with US-based clients and company leadership. Strong attention to the quality and authenticity of external copy, including the ability to identify and refine generic, awkward, or obviously AI-generated content.
• Strong ownership, analytical thinking, and the ability to work independently.

• Sales enablement: працювати в тісній зв'язці з командою продажів, забезпечуючи їх матеріалами та лідами
• Аналітика: відстежувати метрики та приймати рішення на основі даних
