That’s why, together with Yurii, Head of Performance Marketing at Impulse, we’re looking for a Junior User Acquisition Specialist to help launch and grow a new acquisition direction in our product using AppLovin, Snapchat, and Pinterest. You’ll be working on web funnels — one of the fastest-growing and most impactful areas at Impulse — gaining hands-on experience in marketing, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

What you will do:

• Launch, manage, and analyze advertising campaigns on AppLovin, Snapchat, and Pinterest.
• Work with performance data to identify patterns, understand what drives results, and suggest ideas to improve efficiency and scale campaigns.
• Support day-to-day operations related to campaign and channel management.
• Explore the competitive landscape and help identify new growth opportunities for the product.
• Run A/B tests, analyze results, and gradually apply learnings to improve acquisition performance.

What do you need to join us:

• 1+ year of commercial experience working with Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) and large datasets.
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking.
• English level of Upper-Intermediate+.
• Strong interest in performance marketing and data-driven decision-making.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools to improve productivity (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Grok etc.).
• Willingness to experiment, learn fast, and work in an uncertain, fast-changing environment.
• Curiosity and ability to research, explore, and dive into details.
• Strong communication skills, openness to feedback, and teamwork.

• You've grown social accounts from scratch and have the numbers to prove it;
• You're hands-on: you can write a brief, script a video, edit it yourself, design a thumbnail, schedule it, and analyze what happened. AI is how you move fast without losing quality;
• You know how to work with creators - vetting, briefing, and managing relationships in a way that produces content people actually watch and act on;
• Advanced English required: all internal communication is in English, and our social media audience is fully English-speaking;
• Love for traveling.
   

What you’ll own:

• All our social media: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, X, Threads. Primary focus: TikTok & Instagram;
• Influencer marketing: vetting creators, managing relationships, briefing, content review, and tracking performance;
• AI-powered content workflows: scripting, production, scheduling, and repurposing - you design the system, not just use it;
• Performance reporting in close collaboration with UA and analytics, with a focus on business outcomes.

• Use AI tools to generate images, videos, and creative concepts faster and more efficiently.
• Analyze performance metrics of tested creatives (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and generate new ideas to improve results.
• Discover and implement new tools and approaches to enhance the creative process and automate routine tasks.
• Participate in shoots for advertising creatives, collaborating with our in-house video production team.

What do you need to join us:

• 1+ years of experience in creative marketing;
• Ability to use market monitoring and competitor analysis tools (AppMagic, Facebook Ad Library, TikTok Creative Center etc).
• Experience using AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Sora, Nanobanana, Runway, or similar).
• Understanding of key marketing metrics and the marketing funnel.
• Ability to create clear and structured briefs for designers (both static and video creatives).
• A mix of creative and analytical thinking, proven by previous experience.

Зараз ми шукаємо User Acquisition Lead в наш новий продукт JustDone — AI асистент для академічної аудиторії, який допомагає краще працювати з науковими роботами, навчатись та проводити глибинні дослідження.

Основна мета цієї ролі — підтримка швидкого зростання Justdone через ефективне залучення користувачів платних social media каналів; в першу чергу через Meta Ads.

Твоя зона впливу:

• Відповідальність за ефективність Meta-напрямку.
• Розробка та реалізація стратегій рекламних кампаній у Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram).
• Управління командою Meta-напрямку: координація роботи креативних маркетологів, дизайнерів.
• Тестування, оптимізація та масштабування маркетингових кампаній на платформі Meta в рамках командних КРІ;
• Аналітика результатів рекламних кампаній із застосуванням відповідних інструментів (Tableau, Amplitude тощо);
• Постійний пошук нових підходів до залучення користувачів та проведення відповідних тестів;
• Взаємодія з креативною командою, пропонування ідей для креативів і надання зворотнього зв’язку про ефективність рекламних матеріалів.

Для цього тобі знадобиться:

• Від 4х років досвіду з Meta Ads;
• Сильні аналітичні здібності та вміння приймати рішення на основі даних;
• «Ефективна креативність» — вміння швидко і якісно генерувати нові маркетингові ідеї на основі аналітичних висновків про їх ефективність;
• Англійська на рівні не нижче ніж Upper-Intermediate +;
