This job is perfect for you if you want to:

• Become an expert in creative marketing. You’ll work with top-notch approaches while learning from a team that constantly pushes the boundaries to stay №1 in the niche.

What you will do:

• Explore the market and competitors to identify trends and translate them into creative ideas.
• Generate and test creative hypotheses for advertising campaigns.
• Create clear and structured briefs for designers (mostly video creatives) to bring ideas to life.
• Use AI tools to generate images, videos, and creative concepts faster and more efficiently.
• Analyze performance metrics of tested creatives (CTR, CPA, ROAS) and generate new ideas to improve results.
• Discover and implement new tools and approaches to enhance the creative process and automate routine tasks.
• Participate in shoots for advertising creatives, collaborating with our in-house video production team.

• Ability to create clear and structured briefs for designers (both static and video creatives).

We’re looking for a middle digital marketing specialist who can execute and optimize marketing initiatives, contribute to growth, and bring fresh ideas to how we attract and convert B2B clients.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably B2B / tech/services)
• Understanding of B2B marketing funnels and buyer journey
• Hands-on experience with:
  1. SEO, AEO basics (on-page, keywords, content optimization)

You will contribute to scaling Euristiq’s marketing engine, with a focus on execution, optimization, and continuous improvement:

• Support the execution of a full-funnel marketing strategy (awareness → acquisition → revenue)
• Help build, support, and optimize multi-channel acquisition activities (SEO, AEO, LinkedIn, paid, content)
• Support outbound and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns for B2B growth
• Contribute to the development and execution of content strategy (website, LinkedIn, Youtube, thought leadership)
• Apply AI tools to improve content creation, research, and marketing workflows
• Assist in building and distributing case studies, articles, and thought leadership content
• Run and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
• Conduct keyword research and support SEO and AEO
• Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven recommendations
• Support outreach and guest posting / PR activities
• Test new ideas and channels to improve organic and paid acquisition

Key skills, we are looking for:
