What Youβll Do
- Conduct deep-dive analyses and deliver actionable insights to improve product performance.

- Design and interpret A/B tests, MAB experiments, and hypothesis-driven analyses.
- Track and implement key business metrics to support decision-making.

What Weβre Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in product analytics (5+ years for senior level), preferably in e-commerce or customer experience products.
- Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries to extract insights and support decision-making.
- Strong proficiency in Excel for analysis and business modeling.
- Experience with Power BI (Tableau experience is also considered).
- Expertise in Descriptive and Inferential Statistical Analysis, A/B testing, and Hypothesis Testing, with a proven ability to analyze results.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, BigQuery, Python/R, and ML is desirable.

- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and platform-specific dashboards (WalkMe, HappySignals, Viva Advanced Insights).

About Our Process
Our selection process is designed to rigorously assess a candidateβs depth of technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and alignment with Behavoxβs mission and core values.
As part of the process, candidates will first participate in a series of interviews focused on evaluating their technical expertise and engineering judgment. Candidates who successfully progress through these interviews will then be invited to complete a live technical exercise with a group of Behavox engineers and engineering managers.
The purpose of this live technical assessment is to validate the candidateβs stated technical competencies and assess their ability to solve complex problems with speed, accuracy, and sound engineering judgment. Note that whenever possible, we aim to conduct interviews in person at our offices.
