    How you’ll contribute to our growth:

    • Represent the company at international conferences and roadshows in the USA (up to 10 business trips per year) — building new connections and driving partnerships will be your primary responsibility;
    • Develop strong business relationships with potential clients and convert networking opportunities into cooperation;
    • Test and implement new approaches to client acquisition, bringing fresh ideas to our sales strategy.

       

    Who we are looking for: An ambitious specialist who is passionate about sales and continuous growth. You enjoy building new connections in person, negotiating, and finding unconventional solutions.

     

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in a similar role within an outsourcing/outstaffing company;
    • At least 3 years of successful B2B sales experience;
    • Track record of successfully participating in conferences and roadshows in the USA;
    • Willingness and ability to travel and attend international events;
    • Possess a valid US visa;
    • Advanced English proficiency (both spoken and written).

    Responsibilities:

    • conduct searches for leads according to ICP criteria
    • leads qualification
    • launch and oversee LinkedIn and email campaigns in accordance with ICP standards
    • work with campaigns’ automation tools
    • data analysis
    • leads data base administration
    • create content for campaigns and generate ideas to raise company awareness

    You:

    • have 6-12 months of relevant experience
    • English: Upper Intermediate+, both verbally and in writing
    • are located in Lviv
    • are familiar with Linked-Helper, Sales Navigator, Upwork, MixMax, Snov.io, Apollo.io, CRM systems or equivalent tools
    • are fond of accuracy and clarity
    • attentive to details
    • ready to learn and develop yourself in this direction
    • are not afraid of monotonous work :)

    Our Recruiting Process:
