1) Your Responsibilities

Angular: A deep understanding of Angular architecture, working with NgModules, managing the component lifecycle, and applying dependency injection.

Implementation of Reactive Architecture: Utilizing RxJS to organize asynchronous data streams, thereby increasing application 

UI/UX Assurance: Developing modern, responsive interfaces using HTML5, CSS3 (LESS/SASS along with BEM methodology), and popular UI libraries.

Implementation of Best Practices: Adhering to object-oriented programming (OOP) principles, SOLID, and other approaches to ensure scalability and maintainability of code.

2) Essential Requirements

UI/UX Libraries: Experience with Angular Material, PrimeNG, or other libraries for rapid development of modern interfaces.

JavaScript and TypeScript: In-depth knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript, understanding the nuances and pitfalls of these languages, along with practical solutions.

RxJS: Experience in using RxJS to develop reactive applications and effectively manage asynchronous processes.

HTML5/CSS3: Strong proficiency in modern markup, working with preprocessors like LESS/SASS, and adhering to the BEM methodology to create clean and responsive designs.

OOP and SOLID: Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and SOLID guidelines to build robust and scalable solutions.

Your Role

Key responsibilities in your new role:
As part of Infineon’s Power and Sensor Systems (PSS) division, you will play a key role in delivering software solutions that enhance and simplify the interaction between our hardware and customers’ applications.

 

• Design and develop front-end and back-end GUI applications to support Infineon’s DC/DC power conversion products
• Utilize JavaScript/TypeScript and C++ with the Angular Frontend Development Framework for GUI development and testing
• Validate GUIs with end applications including multiphase voltage regulators
• Propose and implement innovative features to enhance software functionality
• Create software documentation such as feature definitions, user guides, and white papers
• Ensure high-quality software development through validation processes, robust documentation, and customer alignment
• Lead design and code reviews to identify potential issues early in the development life cycle and deploy GUI software and firmware to Infineon's global customer base

Your Profile

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science (Electrical Engineering background is a plus)
• 3-5 years of programming experience with JavaScript or TypeScript (experience with C#, C++, and the Angular framework is a plus)
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming (Python is a plus) and experience creating reusable, testable modules and components using Angular
• Familiarity with CI/CD systems like Jenkins, Agile tools such as Confluence and Jira and lab skills to debug software and firmware interactions with hardware circuits
• Familiarity with UI testing, test automation, serial communication protocols (I2C, PMBus, SPI, UART), and user-friendly UI/UX design principles is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, with a collaborative mindset and strong problem-solving skills
• At least intermediate level of English

Our client is a leading world international company which provides a dynamic, automated printing solution allowing users to create and monitor label printing on large manufactures. Our team is working together with the client as a single unit extending the capabilities of a Common Platform, a microservice-based system which provides a set of services to control printers, including the HMI layer. The main product features include a customizable web browser interface for operators to design labels, manage and monitor printers individually or in groups, access printer dashboards, configure and manage automated printing applications dynamically.

Requirements

Web UI Application Development

Good knowledge of JavaScript / HTML5 / CSS3 domain

Angular 18+ is required

Experience with CLI tools like Webpack or other build tools

Knowledge of RxJs, Websockets will be a plus

KonvaJS will be a plus

About the Role

The Software Engineer (Angular) at BCL3 designs, develops, and evolves frontend applications that support core product capabilities. The role focuses on delivering production-grade user-facing features that may span multiple frontend modules or applications, with attention to correctness, performance, scalability, and maintainability.

At this level, the engineer works autonomously within established technical direction, owning frontend components or applications end to end from a technical perspective. The role requires independent problem solving, sound engineering judgment, and accountability for design decisions, code quality, and frontend behavior in large-scale, user-facing systems.

What You'll Bring

1. Advanced Angular application development: Knowledge of Angular, modern JavaScript and TypeScript, component architecture, state management, and frontend frameworks used to build scalable web applications.
2. Large-scale frontend architectures: Understanding of modular frontend architectures, shared component systems, application composition, and interaction patterns across complex user interfaces.
3. Cloud-hosted frontend delivery: Knowledge of deploying and running Angular applications using cloud-based build, hosting, and content delivery platforms, including environment configuration, access control and runtime behavior.
4. Frontend data integration: Knowledge of integrating frontend applications with backend services using APIs, including data modeling, error handling, and performance considerations.

What You'll Do

1. Software development lifecycle execution: Owns the delivery of assigned frontend features through cross discipline collaboration, requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, code review, deployment readiness, and supportability within established SDLC processes.
2. Angular feature implementation: Implements well-defined frontend features and enhancements using Angular and TypeScript, ensuring correct behavior, test coverage, and adherence to established design patterns.
3. Unit, integration, functional and contract testing: Designs and implements unit, integration, functional and contract tests for frontend features, validating user workflows, API interactions, error handling, and edge cases to ensure production-ready behavior and prevent regressions.
4. API-driven frontend integration: Designs and implements frontend data flows using backend APIs, ensuring correct contracts, efficient data handling, and resilient, responsive and usable user experiences.
5. Scalability-focused frontend development: Implements frontend solutions that handle high user concurrency and complex UI states through efficient rendering, state management, caching strategies, and performance optimization techniques.

About Our Process

Our selection process is designed to rigorously assess a candidate’s depth of technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and alignment with Behavox’s mission and core values.

As part of the process, candidates will first participate in a series of interviews focused on evaluating their technical expertise and engineering judgment. Candidates who successfully progress through these interviews will then be invited to complete a live technical exercise with a group of Behavox engineers and engineering managers. The purpose of this live technical assessment is to validate the candidate’s stated technical competencies and assess their ability to solve complex problems with speed, accuracy, and sound engineering judgment. Note that whenever possible, we aim to conduct interviews in person at our offices.
