Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities, helping clients discover new ways our solutions can benefit them.
Develop and maintain strong business relations with both new and existing clients, ensuring DrugCards remains at the forefront of their minds.
Work closely with our internal teams to resolve client queries, provide exceptional customer support, and ensure seamless communication.
Handle invoicing, manage documentation updates, and ensure all client-related paperwork is accurate and up-to-date.
Develop and implement strategies that align with both client needs and company goals.
Regularly evaluate and improve client satisfaction, including tracking and analyzing NPS scores.
Represent DrugCards at key industry events, showcasing our solutions and building our brand presence.
Main tasks and functions
Maintain and update leads
Analyze current capabilities for upsell and cross sell (report as a result of such process)
Provide accurate and timely information to management
Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services in order to facilitate the sales process
Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings Increasing the value of current customers.
Developing Account Management process in Standard Operating Procedures.
Participate in all assigned trainings, continuously develop personal and professional skills
Ensure compliance with all current procedures
Participate in external audit/inspection
Competencies
Hard skills
Economic or a related field education
Knowledge of the English language (at least Upper-Intermediate level)
Previous sales or KAM experience (at least 2 years)
Strong computer literacy
Experience working with HubSpot or other CRM systems
Experience working with Google Workspace
Knowledge and skills in working with contracts, deeds, invoices and other necessary documents
Experience in upselling and cross-selling
Soft skills
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Strong self-organisation and time management skills
Ability to complete tasks and deliver commitments in a timely manner
Effective work in a cross-functional teams
Proactive approach in a search for solutions
Analytical skills, ability to research and visualize different scenarios
