Необхідні навички

• Досвід управління проектами з розробки програмних продуктів та впровадження програмного забезпечення на стороні замовника/розробника від 1 року.

• Знання стандартів PRINCE2, PMBoK, буде перевагою.

• Рівень володіння англійською мовою - upper-intermediate.

• Розуміння структури SDLC.

• Знання Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall.

• Практичні навички роботи з пакетом Office;

• Практичний досвід використання інструментів управління проектами (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, ets.).

⚡️Управління проектами мобільної розробки Android від ініціації до завершення, включаючи планування, виконання та моніторинг;

⚡️ Координація діяльності проектної команди, включаючи розробників (Android), тестувальників та дизайнерів;

⚡️ Проведення аналізу ризиків та розробка стратегій для їх мінімізації, особливо в контексті мобільної розробки.

Очікування від кандидата:
 

• Досвід у менеджменті та плануванні проектів від 1- го року ;
• Відмінні комунікативні здібності та уміння підтримувати продуктивні відносини в команді;
• Сильні навички тайм — менеджменту ;
• Аналітичний склад розуму та зосередженість на вирішенні задач;
• Володіння такими інструментами як Jira, Confluence, Slack, Trello, Figma, Google Docs, Google Calendar.
• Досвід написання великих та зрозумілих ТЗ;
• Розуміння Agile — методології, та життєвого циклу продукту;
• Досвід роботи з великим обсягом інформації та чіткими термінами.

Буде плюсом:
 

• Досвід адміністрування Slack;
• Досвід адміністрування Jira;
• Розуміння технічної термінології (backend, frontend, API);
• Робота з CRM системами.

Ключові обов’язки:
 

• Спілкування з командою для визначення потреб проєкту та розв’язання питань;
• Постановку завдань та контроль їх виконання;
• Перевірка виконання завдань відповідно до вимог та контроль за дотриманням строків та пріоритетів;

• Оновлення документації по результатам виконаних задач.
