Key Responsibilities

— Military Feedback and Requirements Integration — establish structured feedback loops
with military stakeholders to gather insights, define user needs, and translate them into
actionable technical requirements and product updates.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in defense, tech, or hardware
industries
Exceptional organizational and communication skills in managing multiple stakeholders
Solid experience with project tracking and task management systems
Understanding of systems integration, testing procedures, and product lifecycle
management
Fluent in English and Ukrainian (written and spoken)
Technical background (engineering, robotics, defense systems) is a strong plus
Experience working with military or government clients is highly preferred

Основні функціональні обовʼязки:

• Формування та підтримка актуального продуктового каталогу для забезпечення відділу продажів якісною і зрозумілою інформацією;

Твої задачі:
Управління командою та процесом: 

• Вести одну кросфункціональну команду (dev + QA + BA) як основний PM.
• Підтримувати та контролювати існуючі Scrum процеси: планування, дейлі, грумінги, ретроспективи, демо.

Планування та delivery:

• Разом з Head of Product та бізнес-аналітиками формувати roadmap та спринтові цілі.
• Планувати спринти / ітерації з урахуванням пріоритетів, ризиків і завантаження команди.
• Відстежувати прогрес: терміни, блокери, залежності між командами.
• Забезпечувати, щоб релізи були: вчасно, у потрібній якості та з мінімумом сюрпризів для бізнесу.
• Регулярно синхронізуватися з Head of Product щодо статусу, ризиків та рішень.
• Готувати короткі оновлення по прогресу, ризиках та результатах релізів.

Управління ризиками та якістю:

• Вчасно виявляти ризики (технічні, процесні, ресурсні) та пропонувати варіанти їх мінімізації.
• Слідкувати, щоб задачі мали зрозумілі вимоги, критерії приймання та були готові до реалізації. 

Необхідна експертиза: 

• 1+ років досвіду на позиції Project Manager / Delivery Manager / Scrum Master в IT.
• Досвід роботи з кросфункціональними командами (dev + QA, бажано + BA).
• Практичний досвід роботи з Jira / аналогічними трекерами задач.
• Розуміння принципів Agile (Scrum / Kanban) не тільки з книжок, а з реальної практики.
• Сильні комунікаційні навички: вмієш пояснювати, домовлятися, тримати рамки.
• Уміння працювати з дедлайнами, залежностями.
• Англійська — на рівні читання документації та базової комунікації.

Буде перевагою:

• Досвід роботи з продуктами у сфері  SaaS / CAD.
• Досвід запуску або рефакторингу процесів у команді (перехід на Scrum/Kanban, перебудова workflow тощо).
• Розуміння технічної частини (web-стек, інтеграції, бази даних) на рівні «поговорити з девами однією мовою».
• Досвід роботи у зв’язці з Product Owner / Head of Product.
