About the Job

Our company has very ambitious plans for developing its R&D team, and this role is one of the key positions in our newly established R&D unit. All necessary resources and authority have been allocated to help achieve these goals.

What is your Day to Day Mission 

• Suggesting prototype designs for testing new or improved product components 
• Creating schematic, functional, electrical, and other types of diagrams 
• Preparing technical specifications for ordering components needed for prototypes 
• Actively contributing to setting technical requirements for other teams 
• Configuring component software for testing 
• Participating in prototype testing and documenting results for data-driven decisions 
• Assisting in product documentation creation 
• Supporting the transition from prototype to mass production 
• Proposing creative solutions and using innovative components to improve product efficiency 

What you bring to the team 

• Experience in developing UAVs or other unmanned systems 
• Experience in independently selecting components according to requirements 
• Hands-on experience with assembling and configuring UAV electronics (autopilots, communication modules, navigation systems, etc.) 
• Experience working with sensors, lidars, cameras, and similar devices 
• Ability to read and create technical documentation for electronic systems 
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to justify chosen solutions 
• Responsibility in meeting deadlines and completing tasks 
• Fluency in spoken Ukrainian and English at B2 level or higher

Обов'язки:
- Розробка принципових та функціональних схем для прототипів.
- Підбір електронних компонентів та формування технічних специфікацій для закупівлі.
- Налаштування програмного забезпечення компонентів відповідно до умов тестування.
- Розробка та побудова тестових стендів для перевірки вузлів і систем.
- Проведення тестів обладнання та компонентів (електронiка, системи зв’язку, сенсори, сервоприводи).
- Формування пропозицій щодо використання нестандартних підходів та інноваційних компонентів для поліпшення ефективності використання продуктів.
- Ведення технічної документації та звітів.

Вимоги: 

- досвід hardware розробки, 

- розуміння електроніки і радіотехніки.

Бажаний досвід в RnD проєктах і розробки електроніки для БПЛА.
