We are looking for a professional for the role that requires:

• Full-time job;
• Office-based in Kyiv.

Key responsibilities:

• Idea Development: Generate original and engaging game ideas for mobile games of all complexity levels (from hybrid-casual to Casual and Midcore).
• Design: Create gameplay, levels, and mechanics that will inspire players.
• Documentation Creation: Develop detailed game documents, pitches, and presentations describing game and economic systems, game rules, monetization systems, and other important product elements.
• Balancing: Balance the game mechanics, progression systems, and economy.
• Team Interaction: Work collaboratively with developers, artists, and other team members to successfully integrate gameplay and ensure high product quality.
• Analysis and Optimization: Work with analytics systems, identify problems, and propose changes to provide a better gameplay experience.

Our ideal candidate:

• English Language: English level B1 or higher.
• Game Design Experience: Experience working as a Game Designer in mobile games.
• Creativity: Ability to find unconventional and interesting solutions that make our games unique.
• Market Knowledge: Understanding of the mobile games market and popular mechanics, as well as a desire to implement innovative solutions.
• Proficiency in Spreadsheets: Good understanding of mathematics, knowledge of working with Google Spreadsheets, and creating balance sheets.
• Teamwork: Willingness to collaborate with other team members.
• Analytical Skills: Basic understanding of methods for analyzing game metrics data, organizing information, and creating reports.

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of Figma for effective collaboration and visual documentation.
• Knowledge of the Unity game engine.
• Experience conducting A/B testing to optimize game features and mechanics.
• Ability to work independently with analytical systems (e.g., Amplitude, Firebase, GameAnalytics).
• Experience in game balancing for midcore games.
• Experience in level design for action-adventure or similar games, as well as narrative design.

We are looking for a Senior Slot Game Producer with a proven track record in the iGaming industry to lead the creation of high-quality, innovative slot experiences. Key Responsibilities:

• Own and drive the creation of new slot game concepts - from the first idea to post-launch performance analysis;
• Invent original mechanics and game features that stand out in a competitive market;
• Research and select trending features, bonus modes, and player engagement patterns;
• Define and maintain the creative and technical vision for each slot, in collaboration with game designers, math developers, artists, and audio teams;
• Regularly pitch and present concepts and progress updates to internal stakeholders and leadership;
• Playtest and review games in development, ensuring they meet or exceed product standards and player expectations;
• Be the go-to person for the team on all gameplay-related questions and decisions;
• Participate in certification documentation review and support test labs when needed;
• Help shape the long-term strategy and direction of our slot game portfolio.

Desired skills and requirements:

• 5+ years of experience as a Slot Game Producer, Product Owner, or Game Designer in a leading real-money slots company;
• A portfolio of successful live slot games with measurable market impact (high revenue, retention, or visibility);
• Deep knowledge of slot game mechanics, math models, art styles, UX, sound, and animation workflows;
• Strong understanding of current slot trends across different regions and platforms (mobile, web, land-based);
• Confident in market analysis and competitor benchmarking to generate relevant and creative product ideas;
• Excellent project management and presentation skills - able to clearly communicate game vision and rationale to both creative and technical teams;
• Fluent English - both written and spoken.

Playable Ads are interactive mini-games that are used to engage and attract new users to download and play our games.

As a Game designer you will be in charge of the Game design and polishing the game mechanics and game-flows of our playable ads as well as testing and gaining insights based on how the playable performed.

Responsibilities

• Design levels for top performing playable ads for leading games, to excite, engage, and bring new players to download our games.
• Research and develop innovative game mechanics for playable ads.
• Work closely with game developers and provide constructive feedback on playable ad mechanics and experience
• Analyze performance data to optimize game mechanics and conversions.
• Collaborate with the game design team with improving our content pipeline and processes.
• Stay current on mobile game advertising trends and best practices.
• Support and collaborate with the team from a level design perspective (Production, QA, Art, Game Design, etc).

Requirements

• Product management role experience in the casual gaming space, or 2+ years of experience designing levels and game mechanics for casual mobile games.
• Strong passion for gaming, particularly with regards to casual mobile games.
• Positive and creative mind with a passion for the level design craft (showcased with a relevant work portfolio).
• Solid grasp of game design methodologies and up-to-date knowledge of the casual audience, casual game markets and player motivations.
• Excellent interpersonal skills to clearly and effectively communicate feedback and design ideas.
• Strong self-driven work ethic and ability to work effectively in an agile team environment.
• Ability to incorporate feedback from your team into your work and use it to learn and grow in your role.
• Good spoken and written English is a MUST.
