Key Responsibilities:
• Real-time monitoring and analysis of player activity, including deposits, withdrawals, bets, gaming patterns, and behavioral data.
• Detection and investigation of suspicious activities such as bonus abuse, multi-accounting, collusion, chargebacks, money laundering (AML), and other fraud schemes.
• Working with the verification system: review of KYC documents, verification of payment methods and Source of Funds analysis.
• Analysis of fraud incidents, preparation of reports, and development of recommendations for risk mitigation.
• Monitoring fraud trends in the iGaming industry and proposing improvements.

Work Schedule: 5-Day Rotating Schedule (8-hour shifts)

Option A: Working days — Sunday + Monday + Tuesday + Wednesday + Thursday Option B: Working days — Tuesday + Wednesday + Thursday + Friday + Saturday

5 working days per week with 8-hour shifts and 2 consecutive days off.
 

Required Qualifications:

• At least 1–2 years of experience in anti-fraud, fraud prevention, or risk management within the iGaming / online casino / betting industry (experience in financial services or payment processing will also be considered).

What you’ll do:
— Build and evolve a unified marketing technology platform — not just a collection of tools, but a cohesive system that directly drives business performance;

— Take full ownership of 5+ existing services (Hokuto, UA automation, Creo Factory, Revealbot, Creo-translate): evaluate their current state, identify architectural bottlenecks, and systematically improve reliability, scalability, and maintainability;

— Develop and maintain production-grade integrations with Meta / TikTok / Google — ensuring robust error handling, rate limiting, retries, and clear monitoring so the system operates reliably without silent failures;

— Redesign the tracking architecture by shifting from client-side to server-side (CAPI pattern for Facebook and similar platforms), implement proper test coverage, and build tools that allow Growth Managers to independently configure tracking for their funnels;

— Eliminate manual operational workflows (e.g., in Airtable) and enable marketing teams (UA managers, designers, growth managers) to operate independently without engineering support for routine tasks;

— Proactively identify and implement new martech solutions before they become bottlenecks - shaping the long-term vision of the domain and driving technical and product priorities.

This role is for you if...

Must-have

— 3+ years of commercial backend development experience;

— Node.js / TypeScript as the main stack;

— Strong experience building reliable API integrations — including error handling, rate limiting, retries, and webhooks;

— GCP experience — Cloud Functions, Cloud Run, BigQuery, Firestore, or similar cloud environments;

— Systems thinking — able to see the system beyond individual tasks; independently designs architecture and defines development priorities;

— High level of autonomy — does not require a PM to define tasks; identifies problems and proposes solutions independently;

— Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders — UA managers, designers, growth managers;

— Ownership mindset — proactively identifies risks, drives solutions, and thinks in terms of business impact;

— Uses AI as part of their workflow to move faster and think broader.

Nice-to-have

— Experience with Meta Business SDK / TikTok Marketing API / Google Ads API;

— Understanding of performance marketing — ROAS, CAPI, pixels, attribution;

— Experience building server-side tracking (e.g., Facebook CAPI or similar);

— Experience with marketing automation tools (Airtable automations, Make/Zapier, or custom solutions);

— Experience working on B2C subscription products with aggressive performance marketing.

Required qualifications and skills:

• Conversational English at a B2+ level

Ajax Systems is a full-cycle company working from idea generation and R&D to mass production and sales. We do everything: we produce physical devices (the system includes many different sensors and hubs), write firmware for them, develop the server part and release mobile applications. The team is distributed among 2 offices in Kyiv and Lviv, all technical and product decisions are made locally.

Ajax already released and continuously improves Malevich OS, which is a heart of our Hub’s. Now we are looking for Embedded Engineers who are ready to make our system better with us. For us never could be enough: there are still a lot of new functionality, sensors, features to make our system even cooler.
 

Required skills: 

- Excellent knowledge of embedded coding techniques, interfaces (e.g. SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, RS485) and subsystems

- Strong skills in various build systems.

- Excellent knowledge of C programming language

- Understanding of operating systems: embedded developers usually need experience in programming in embedded Linux or similar embedded operating systems

- Good hands-on experience of software engineering fundamentals such as testing, continuous integration, continuous deployment, pull requests and code reviews, source control, work item/issue tracking.
 

Would be a plus:

- Experience with MCU's, e.g STM, ESP, AVR, NRf etc

- Scripting languages Python, Bash

- Basic electronics: embedded engineers use oscilloscopes, logic analysers, and multimeters for debugging
 

Responsibility zone: 

- Participate in the full embedded software life cycle: design, implementation, code reviews, documentation, testing and validation

- Analysis and systematic problem solving for SW reported issues

- Cooperate with electrical engineers to perform verification of new hardware from software team perspective. Review and provide feedback on the firmware specific aspects of hardware design

- Delivery highly reliable Malevich OS releases

- Work with high-level and technical requirements for research and development new features
