As an Affiliate Manager, you will lead the online sales strategy for AdStart Media's Affiliate Program. YOUR MAIN DUTIES: 

• Finding and recruiting top affiliates and publishers in relevant niches
• Developing and maintaining strong partnerships with key affiliates and networks

• Negotiating various payout models with affiliates, such as CPA, CPL, CPS

YOUR ATTRIBUTES: 

• English fluency is a must
• 3+ years of prior experience in Media or Affiliate Marketing
• Excellent knowledge of different traffic types and their effect and results over different products, knowledge of CPA, CPL, CPI business models

YOUR MAIN DUTIES: 

• Manage and optimize campaigns across CPI, CPA (CPR, CPS, CPT, CPE) models
• Work with both non-incentivized and incentivized (rewarded/offerwalls) traffic types
• Handle an average of 10 clients, with the flexibility to manage up to 20% more
• Possess an AdNetwork mindset with a focus on performance optimization and strategic growth

• In-depth understanding of metrics, KPIs, optimizations, and macros/parameters
• Proficient in campaign setup, tracking URLs, and integrations (API / S2S)

Ми шукаємо талановитого Інфлюенс Маркетинг Менеджера для нашої команди. Основне завдання — це пошук та співпраця з блогерами та інфлюєнсерами з метою просування продуктів наших клієнтів на ринку. Якщо ви маєте досвід у сфері інфлюенс маркетингу, вмієте ефективно комунікувати та прагнете розвиватися у цій галузі, ми чекаємо на вашу заявку!

Вам ідеально підійде ця роль, якщо:

• Маєте досвід роботи з іноземними інфлюенсерами;
• Спілкуєтесь англійською;

Що нам необхідно і з чим треба буде праюцювати

• Комунікувати з блогерами та інфлюєнсерами для рекламних інтеграцій по різним ГЕО (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitch, Kick)
• Вести переговори та узгоджувати умови співпраці з інфлюєнсерами.
• Контролюлвати виконання домовленостей та розміщенням реклами.
• Підготовлювати та організовувати маркетингові активності відповідно до маркетингового плану.
• Працювати з базою інфлюєнсерів: поповнювати, оновлювати та оптимізувати.
• Використовувати аналітичні інструменти для моніторингу та внесення змін задля досягнення найкращих результатів.

• Вести звітність, працювати із таблицями Excel та обліковими програмами

   

Вимоги:

• Досвід роботи у сфері gambling, games, криптовалюти або беттінгу буде великою перевагою.
• Відмінні комунікативні навички та здатність до переговорів.
• Письмова англійська на високому рівні
• Вміння працювати з таблицями та знання основних функцій MS Excel або інших програм.
