Our ideal candidate:

• 1+ year of professional experience
• Confident modeling skills in Blender based on references
• Ability to stylize and maintain a consistent visual style
• Proficient in texturing and efficient use of texture space

• Basic skills in rigging, skinning, and animation

   

Key responsibilities:

• Creating in-game assets and integrating them into the engine (Unity)
• Designing promotional and UI graphics for the game

• Developing effective visual solutions for game design tasks

   

Nice to have:

• Understanding of the mobile games market and personal gaming experience
• Experience with Unity or other game engines
• Basic knowledge of color theory and composition

• Understanding of graphic optimization for mobile devices

• Experience in stylized texturing
• Ability to follow a given visual style
• Passion for games and game development
• Proficiency in Substance Painter
• Knowledge of at least one of: Blender / 3ds Max / Maya

• Solid skills in Adobe Photoshop

   

Nice to have:

• Understanding of the mobile games market
• Experience working with Unity
• Hands-on experience with generative AI in 2D or 3D

• 1+ year in games or playable ads.
• Strong skills in asset creation and optimization.
• Confident in Blender: topology, UVs, geometry.

• Experience with VFX systems.

• Creating 3D assets for mobile games (characters, props, environments)
• Working closely with game designers, artists, and Developers to achieve strong visual results
• Preparing assets according to technical requirements
• Participating in visual development and stylistic decisions

Шукаємо 3D artist-а для створення виразної та високоякісної тривимірної графіки — як статичної, так і анімованої. Потрібен фахівець, який прагне зростати в команді, не боїться експериментів та готовий реалізовувати сміливі й масштабні креативні ідеї.

Обов’язки:
 

• Створювати якісні 3D-моделі для статичної графіки та 3D motion відео;
• Створювати повноцінні 3D сцени для імплементації до key visual;
• Готувати моделі для рендерингу та подальшої анімації;
• Текстурувати та налаштовувати матеріали;
• Працювати з освітленням і композицією сцен для якісного фінального результату;
• Оптимізовувати геометрію та матеріали для швидкого рендерингу;
• Тісно співпрацювати з графічними дизайнерами та motion-дизайнерами для інтеграції 3D-графіки.
   

Вимоги:
 

• Має досвід роботи 3D-моделером від 3 років;
• Впевнено володіє Blender (це основний інструмент в роботі) та має комерційний досвід роботи саме з ним;
• Має досвід роботи з Photoshop, Illustrator;
• Вміє працювати з освітленням і матеріалами для реалістичних та стилізованих рендерів;
• Має розуміння процесу підготовки 3D-елементів для motion-дизайну;
• Вміє працювати в команді та дотримуватися дедлайнів;
• Досвід роботи з анімаційними сценами — буде перевагою.
