The Required Primary List of Hard Skills for the Project Manager Position:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).

• Strong analytical and abstract thinking skills, with the ability to decompose complex topics, group related elements, and navigate between technical and business perspectives.

• Ability to plan and scope delivery increments, ensuring completeness and alignment with product value expectations.

• B2 (CEFR) or Upper-Intermediate+ level of spoken and written English.

• Knowledge in the bug management process. Experienced in bug-tracking and task management systems (JIRA, Azure, Redmine and so on).

• Knowing and understanding SDLC (Software Development Life-Cycle)

A Required Secondary List of Skills:

• Understanding HDLC (Hardware Development Life-Cycle);

• Internationally recognized certification in project management;

• 3+ роки комерційного досвіду управління проєктами (з акцентом на Cloud)
• Знання хмарної інфраструктури: як працює AWS, Azure або GCP - що, коли й чому варто обрати
• Практичний досвід участі в проєктах з міграції корпоративних систем у хмару
• Досвід взаємодії зі стейкхолдерами на рівні головного офісу: керівники напрямів, технічні команди, зовнішні партнери
• Володіння сучасними інструментами для управління проєктами: Jira, Confluence, Redmine, MS Project
• Глибоке розуміння життєвого циклу проєкту - від ініціації до підтримки
• Досвід впровадження підходів Agile/Scrum, а також гнучке переключення на Waterfall за потреби
• Сильні навички аналізу, планування, комунікації — ви вмієте не тільки “вести проєкт”, а й надихати команду
• Уміння управляти ризиками, особливо в контексті безпеки, інтеграцій та залежностей

Основні обов’язки

• Управління хмарними ІТ-проєктами Банку на рівні головного офісу: стратегічні ініціативи, масштабні оновлення, критично важливі системи
• Адміністрування портфелю cloud-проєктів: пріоритети, узгодження ресурсів, управління навантаженням
• Взаємодія з бізнес- та ІТ-напрямами ГО: визначення потреб, узгодження вимог, супровід реалізації
• Аналіз поточних ініціатив, планування нових проєктів, участь у формуванні дорожніх карт переходу до хмари
• Контроль за міжпроєктними залежностями, виявлення "вузьких місць" та проактивне їх вирішення
• Складання звітів для керівництва щодо ходу виконання проєктів, використання бюджету та ресурсів
• Забезпечення актуальної та повної документації за всіма хмарними проєктами

Основні завдання:

• Ведення переговорів із рітейл-мережами та укладання контрактів на продаж;
• Прорахунок рентабельності – комерційних умов для партнерів;
• Підготовка та погодження комерційних умов співпраці з партнерами;
• Спільна робота з юридичним відділом для забезпечення юридичної відповідності контрактів;
• Створення стратегії продажу через рітейл-мережі та діджитал-канали;
• Виконання KPI продажів (місячні та квартальні плани);
• Збільшення продажів через активне залучення нових партнерів та розширення клієнтської бази;
• Підготовка та подання регулярної звітності по результатам продажів;
• Супроводження процесу замовлення товару на торгівельну точку, контроль якості розміщення.
