Working Experience Requirements:

• Min 2 years of active project management and/or 3 finished COMMERCIAL projects of the man-efforts size not less than 2000 mh

• Was a project delivery responsible person at least in 1 COMMERCIAL project (first in line in the project delivery process)

The Required Primary List of Hard Skills for the Project Manager Position:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).

• Strong analytical and abstract thinking skills, with the ability to decompose complex topics, group related elements, and navigate between technical and business perspectives.

• Ability to plan and scope delivery increments, ensuring completeness and alignment with product value expectations.

• B2 (CEFR) or Upper-Intermediate+ level of spoken and written English.

• Knowledge in the bug management process. Experienced in bug-tracking and task management systems (JIRA, Azure, Redmine and so on).

• Knowing and understanding SDLC (Software Development Life-Cycle)

A Required Secondary List of Skills:

• Understanding HDLC (Hardware Development Life-Cycle);

• Internationally recognized certification in project management;

• Experience as a business analyst;

OR

• Experience as an electronic engineer;

OR

• Experience as a software developer;

OR

• Experience as a quality assurance/control engineer;

• Knowledge of quality management and cost of quality principles in the projects;

• Knowledge of major features of version control systems (check-out, check-in, merging, branching, versions). Experience in version system controls (Git, SVN, SourceSafe, ClearCase, and so on);

Required General Skills:

• Strong leadership skills, practitioner of various leadership styles;

• Is a team member and is committed to the project goals. Ability to establish team collaboration and facilitate communication among team members;

• Strong communication skills and proven track record of communicating with international customers.

• Strong interpersonal and conflict resolution skills. Ability to help the team to timely resolve disagreements that arise during the project;

Основні завдання:

• Ведення переговорів із рітейл-мережами та укладання контрактів на продаж;
• Прорахунок рентабельності – комерційних умов для партнерів;
• Підготовка та погодження комерційних умов співпраці з партнерами;
• Спільна робота з юридичним відділом для забезпечення юридичної відповідності контрактів;
• Створення стратегії продажу через рітейл-мережі та діджитал-канали;
• Виконання KPI продажів (місячні та квартальні плани);
• Збільшення продажів через активне залучення нових партнерів та розширення клієнтської бази;
• Підготовка та подання регулярної звітності по результатам продажів;
• Супроводження процесу замовлення товару на торгівельну точку, контроль якості розміщення.

• Успішний досвід роботи у продажах (FMCG, лінійний рітейл або схожі галузі);
• Навички ведення переговорів з великими партнерами;
• Вміння досягати встановлених KPI та результатів;
