We're building a product that's about to hit the market — and we need someone to own its journey from concept to launch. As our Product Manager, you'll be the person who connects the dots between what users need, what the business wants, and what our teams can build.

What you'll actually be doing

You'll start by getting deep into the product itself — understanding what makes it different, why users would choose it, and where its real value lies. From there, you'll dig into the market: talking to stakeholders, studying competitors, and shaping requirements that balance business ambition with technical reality.

Day to day, you'll be the glue between marketing, design, and engineering — translating ideas into clear tasks, keeping timelines honest, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks between teams. You'll manage budgets and deadlines not as an afterthought, but as a core part of how you plan. And when work is "done," you'll be the one checking that it's actually done right.

Beyond execution, you'll bring a data-driven mindset to the role: defining the KPIs that matter, building dashboards that tell a story rather than just show numbers, and using experimentation to push product-led growth forward. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to figure out what's actually driving — or blocking — adoption, and turn that insight into action.

What we're looking for

Someone with 2+ years of Product Management experience who doesn't wait to be told what to do next. You take a problem, structure it, and drive it to completion — without needing a hand held along the way. You communicate clearly and confidently in both Ukrainian and English (B2+), whether you're writing a spec or presenting to stakeholders. You're comfortable with numbers and know how to turn them into a narrative that influences decisions.

• 2+ years as a Product Manager
• Strong analytical thinking and data storytelling
• Experience with dashboards, KPIs, and experimentation
• Confident stakeholder communication (Ukrainian & English, B2+)
• Jira/Confluence experience or a fast learning curve
• Confident with Google Sheets/Excel
• AI tools as part of your daily workflow
• English: Upper-Intermediate+

Основні обов’язки

• Керування беклогом та пріоритезація ШІ-ініціатив за матрицею “стратегічна цінність vs зусилля/ресурси”
• Реалізація інноваційних рішень у форматах PoC/PoV/MVP, зокрема на базі GenAI (RAG, Agentic AI)
• Прорахунок Tokenomics, оцінка TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) хмарної інфраструктури для масштабування продуктів, розрахунок реального бізнес-ROI та впровадження KPI
• Визначення метрик ефективності ШІ (точність, швидкість, рівень галюцинацій) та формування вимог до тестових датасетів
• Забезпечення маскування PII (персональних даних), виконання вимог AI Governance та відповідність нормам НБУ та EU AI Act
• Аналіз ринку інновацій, порівняння Enterprise API (Gemini, Anthropic) з локальними моделями (Llama, Mistral), кастомізація рішень вендорів під потреби банку
• Взаємодія з ТОП-менеджментом, захист кейсів Хабу та координація роботи між бізнес-замовниками, R&D, IT, Security та Legal департаментами

Основні вимоги

• 4+ роки комерційного досвіду на позиціях Product Manager або Product Owner у технологічних проєктах
• Підтверджений практичний досвід управління життєвим циклом ШІ-продуктів (GenAI, LLM, RAG, Агенти) від стадії дослідження до запуску MVP
• Глибоке розуміння архітектурних можливостей та обмежень LLM/SLM, Advanced RAG та мультиагентних систем
• Досвід фінансового прорахунку бізнес-кейсів, оцінки Total Cost of Ownership та вартості хмарної інфраструктури чи токенів
• Вміння керувати портфелем гіпотез із застосуванням жорсткого тайм-боксингу для ресерчу
• Знання моделей ціноутворення хмарних провайдерів (AWS/GCP) та розуміння впливу Prompt Caching на вартість
• Досвід порівняння вартості Enterprise API (Gemini, Anthropic) проти хостингу власних локальних моделей типу Llama або Mistral
• Навички оцінки генеративних систем без ручного тестування за допомогою фреймворків DeepEval, RAGAS або концепції LLM-as-a-Judge
• Знання ключових вимог безпеки даних, норм НБУ та положень EU AI Act щодо використання штучного інтелекту
• Досвід управління очікуваннями стейкхолдерів та координації взаємодії між R&D, IT, Security та Legal департаментами
• Вміння презентувати та захищати успішні кейси перед топ менеджментом, розраховувати реальний бізнес-ROI та впроваджувати KPI
