    AnvilEight is at an exciting stage of growth.
    We’ve expanded up a development team and we are now in need of a sales manager.
    As a salesperson, you will be involved in lead generation, lead qualification, composing proposals, closing deals and potentially post-sales procedures.

    You’ll be given real autonomy and responsibility, as well as be able to contribute to offering improvements.

    Responsibilities:
    — Generate leads from the various sources;
    — Work with campaigns’ automatizations tools;
    — Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets;
    — Research new lead generation tactics;
    — Qualify leads and reach out;
    — Create proposals and negotiate with potential clients;
    — Setting up meetings or calls between (prospective) customers;
    — Suggest changes and develop marketing plans when needed.

    Requirements:
    — At least 1+ year experience in a B2B Lead Generation position in an IT outsourcing team;
    — Strong skills in LinkedIn outreach and email campaigns;
    — Upper-Intermediate written and spoken English.

    These skills will also come in handy:
    — Experience with web development projects;
    — Understanding of software requirements engineering.
