Currently, we have stable long-term projects and are preparing for the next growth stage.
Our goal for the next 12β18 months is to scale from a small team to a 10β15 person development company.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager who will help us build a predictable client acquisition system.
This is a hands-on role focused on generating qualified opportunities and building a consistent pipeline together with the founder.
What you will do:
β’ Launch and manage outbound sales activities (LinkedIn, Upwork, cold outreach)
β’ Identify and approach startups and product companies (US/EU markets)
β’ Generate qualified meetings (5β10 per month target after ramp-up)
β’ Work with the founder to prepare proposals and close deals
β’ Maintain CRM and sales pipeline transparency
β’ Help shape positioning and sales messaging
You will not be left alone β the founder is actively involved in closing deals and defining strategy.
What we expect:
β’ 2+ years in IT sales / business development
β’ Experience working with US/EU clients
β’ Understanding of outsourcing / outstaff / hybrid models
β’ Strong written and spoken English (B2+/C1)
β’ Structured approach to pipeline building
β’ Self-driven and comfortable working in a small team
Compensation model:
We offer a performance-oriented structure:
β’ Fixed base: $500β700 (depending on experience, part-time format)
β’ 15β20% commission from first client payment
β’ 5β10% recurring commission for 3β6 months
β’ Clear KPI: qualified meetings & closed revenue
After proven results, role can evolve into full-time Head of Sales.

Remote / hybrid (flexible).
