We are an AI-first company, actively designing new development and QA processes that fully leverage the opportunities created by modern AI. We are looking for a driven, hands-on QA Lead to define, build, and champion the quality assurance strategy for our company.

Key Responsibilities

-Design, implement, and continuously improve quality assurance processes and quality management systems (QMS)

-Define and maintain QA standards, methodologies, and best practices across projects

-Monitor and analyze quality metrics, defect trends, and process effectiveness to drive data-informed improvements

-Establish and track QA KPIs aligned with project goals and delivery timelines

-Contribute to configuration management and product versioning practices from a quality perspective

-Lead and manage the QA team, including workload planning, prioritization, and resource allocation

-Mentor and develop QA engineers, supporting skill growth and professional maturity

-Design and deliver internal training programs covering QA methodologies, tools, and domain-specific practices

-Support and guide the team in manual, API, and web testing activities

-Strengthen test automation practices to improve testing efficiency and reliability

-Apply analytical and statistical approaches to identify risks, reduce variability, and improve product stability

-Act as the main point of contact between the QA team and engineering, product, and other stakeholders

-Ensure transparent communication and alignment on quality expectations across teams

-Support investigation of quality-related issues, including defect analysis, root cause identification, and resolution

-Promote quality-driven decision-making throughout the product lifecycle

Required Skills & Experience

— 3+ years of experience as a QA Engineer, with strong expertise in web application testing

— 1+ years of experience in a leadership or senior role, including team coordination or mentoring

— Solid understanding of QA processes, testing methodologies, and SDLC

— Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and make data-driven decisions

— Excellent problem-solving skills and high attention to detail

— Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

— Excellent English (Upper-Intermediate+)

Nice to Have

— Hands-on experience with test automation (API and/or web front-end testing)

— Knowledge of programming or scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript

— Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins) and containerization tools (Docker)

У зв’язку з ростом компанії шукаємо Automation QA Engineer (Python) для посилення команди одного з наших проєктів — сучасної healthcare-платформи, яка допомагає клінікам ефективніше організовувати роботу та взаємодіяти з пацієнтами.

👩‍💻Ми очікуємо:

• загальний досвід у тестуванні — від 5 років, досвід автоматизації на Python — від 2 років;
• англійська на рівні Upper Intermediate;
• досвід проєктування, розробки та виконання автоматизованих тестів для вебзастосунків;
• впевнене володіння Playwright та розуміння сучасних підходів до побудови тестових фреймворків;
• глибокі знання Python (включно з async-підходами та сучасними практиками написання коду);
• досвід у налаштуванні, конфігуруванні та підтримці фреймворків автоматизації;
• практичний досвід інтеграції автотестів у CI/CD через GitHub Workflow Actions;
• розуміння інструментів репортингу, логування та моніторингу, досвід роботи з Allure Reports;
• вміння ефективно співпрацювати з командами розробки та QA для забезпечення надійності та ефективності автоматизації.
   

💪Також оцінимо:

• досвід роботи з реальними пристроями та хмарними платформами (наприклад: BrowserStack, Sauce Labs);
• досвід роботи з Appium (для Android та iOS);
• досвід тестування API та базових концепцій RESTful сервісів;
• досвід у сфері AI/ML.
