    🔹Follow the individual training program and gradually grow in one of two directions — Lead Generation or Full-Cycle Sales
    🔹Generate leads using various channels (including resources like Upwork and LinkedIn)
    🔹Develop relations with potential clients to find how we can help them achieve their goals
    🔹Work with team managers to develop the best-selling strategy for every team and domain
    🔹Research and employ new channels and strategies as a part of sales department effort
    🔹Learn from technology experts, contribute to selling points and proof-of-expertise materials
