Key responsibilities:

• Administration of Active Directory
• Managing group policies
• Managing services via PowerShell
• Administration of VMWare platform
• Administration of Azure Active Directory
• Administration of Exchange 2016/2019 mail servers
• Administration of Exchange Online
• Administration of VMWare Horizon View

Required professional knowledge and skills:

• Experience in writing automation scripts (PowerShell, Python, etc.)
• Skills in working with Azure Active Directory (user and group creation, report generation, configuring synchronization between on-premise and cloud AD)
• Skills in Exchange PowerShell (mailbox creation, search and removal of emails based on criteria, DAG creation and management)
• Experience with Veeam Backup & Replication, VMWare vSphere (vCenter, DRS, vMotion, HA), VMWare Horizon View
• Windows Server 2019/2025 (installation, configuration, and adaptation)
• Diagnostics and troubleshooting
• Working with anti-spam systems
• Managing mail transport systems (exim) and monitoring systems (Zabbix)

Position overview

We are seeking an experienced Data Modeler to lead logical and physical data modeling efforts across Raw, Conformed, and CDM layers within a medallion architecture. The ideal candidate will design dimensional (star/snowflake) and 3NF schemas where appropriate, implement and enforce modeling standards (naming conventions, data types, SCD strategies), and maintain thorough documentation using SqlDBM or equivalent tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead logical and physical data modeling across Raw, Conformed, and CDM layers following medallion architecture
• Design dimensional (star/snowflake) and 3NF schemas where appropriate
• Implement and enforce modeling standards, including naming conventions, data types, and SCD strategies
• Document models and processes using SqlDBM or equivalent tools
• Translate business requirements into canonical data models and source-to-target mappings
• Collaborate closely with engineers and analysts to ensure alignment and accuracy
• Design and optimize Snowflake schemas focusing on DDL, micro-partitions, clustering, RBAC, and cost-efficient patterns
• Manage Postgres schema design, perform tuning, and optimize queries
• Review and refactor PL/pgSQL code (bonus)
• Maintain strong data governance practices including version control, peer reviews, and data lineage tracking

Requirements

• Proven expertise in data modeling across multiple layers of medallion architecture
• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts (OLTP, Star Schema, Medallion architecture)
• Strong experience with dimensional modeling (star/snowflake) and 3NF design
• Skilled in Snowflake schema design, performance tuning, and security best practices
• Experience with Postgres schema design and query optimization
• Familiarity with data governance standards and tools
• Proficiency with SqlDBM/ERwin or equivalent modeling/documentation platforms

Responsibilities

• Onboard new datasets and develop data models using Snowflake and DBT
• Build and maintain data transformation pipelines
• Design and manage data orchestration and ETL workflows with Azure Data Factory

Зони відповідальності:
 

1. Підтримка мастер-даних

• Участь у створенні та підтримці єдиних версій основних даних (клієнти, продукти, постачальники, співробітники).
• Виконання стандартів і політик роботи з мастер-даними.
• Оновлення та видалення записів за погодженням з менеджером.

2. Забезпечення якості даних

• Виявлення та виправлення дублікатів, помилок і некоректних значень.
• Застосування методів валідації, нормалізації та очищення даних.
• Контроль відповідності мастер-даних вимогам бізнесу.

3. Інтеграція та централізація даних

• Взаємодія з ІТ-відділом щодо налаштування MDM-систем.
• Участь в інтеграції мастер-даних між різними ІТ-системами (ERP, CRM, BI).
• Автоматизація процесів обміну даними.

4. Управління доступом і безпека

• Виконання політик конфіденційності та безпеки мастер-даних.
• Моніторинг змін у даних.

5. Аналітика та покращення процесів

• Збір та аналіз метрик якості даних.
• Участь в оптимізації процесів ведення та використання мастер-даних.

6. Взаємодія з іншими підрозділами

• Співпраця з бізнес-аналітиками, маркетингом, продажами, фінансами для коректного використання мастер-даних.
• Участь у навчанні співробітників щодо правил роботи з даними.
