🎯 What You'll Do
 

As our WordPress Developer, you’ll be responsible for building, improving, and maintaining high-performance WordPress websites that support our marketing, product, and growth initiatives. You’ll work closely with our design, content, and engineering teams to deliver clean, scalable, and conversion-focused web experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins

   

   

• Build pixel-perfect pages based on Figma/Adobe XD designs

   

   

• Optimize site performance (speed, security, Core Web Vitals, SEO best practices)

   

   

• Integrate APIs, automation tools, and third-party services

   

   

• Troubleshoot and fix bugs, compatibility issues, and server-related problems

   

   

• Implement A/B tests and track performance improvements

   

   

• Maintain documentation for features, components, and custom builds

   

   

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to launch new features and landing pages

   

   

• Ensure the website remains reliable, scalable, and up to date with the latest WP standards

   

   

✅ What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on WordPress development experience

   

   

• Strong knowledge of PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, MySQL

   

   

• Experience building and customizing WP themes and plugins from scratch

   

   

• Understanding of Gutenberg/ACF, page builders (Elementor, WPBakery), and automation tools

   

   

• Experience with hosting environments, DNS, and server-side optimization

   

   

• Familiarity with SEO, performance optimization, caching, and security best practices

   

   

• Ability to translate designs into responsive, production-ready pages

   

   

• Good communication skills and ability to work independently

   

   

• Bonus: Experience with WooCommerce, API integrations, or SaaS websites

   

   

• Bonus: Familiarity with CI/CD workflows, Git, or headless WordPress setups
