To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced and proactive Talent Acquisition Manager to join us in our Vinnytsia office. You will work closely with our People & Operations function to lead end-to-end hiring processes across technical and non-technical roles, from individual contributors to leadership hires.
About the Role
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will own the recruitment cycle from A to Z - sourcing, screening, interviewing, and supporting both candidates and hiring managers. You’ll also help us shape our employer brand, optimize hiring processes, and build a strong candidate experience. This is a full-cycle, high-trust role for someone who can drive results and work independently.
What You’ll Do
- Manage and drive multiple active vacancies (5+) simultaneously
- Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and expectations
- Draft compelling job descriptions and promote them across relevant channels
- Source candidates across global markets (with a focus on EMEA, LATAM, and Asia)
- Conduct screening and structured interviews in English
- Assess candidate fit and make recommendations on the next steps
- Manage candidate communications and ensure a smooth, positive experience
- Actively collect and follow up on feedback from hiring managers
- Support or lead salary negotiations and offer processes
- Maintain and update internal recruitment documentation and reports
- Provide strategic input into talent acquisition processes, tools, and pipelines
What We’re Looking For - 2+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in fast-paced or startup environments
- Experience hiring for both technical and non-technical roles, including senior and leadership positions
- Proven ability to source globally and work across LATAM and Asia
- Strong interviewing skills and ability to independently evaluate candidate fit
- Fluent English - both written and spoken
- Confident communicator able to "sell the role" and represent the company brand
- Comfortable managing candidate pipelines, feedback loops, and hiring manager coordination
- Experience handling salary discussions and negotiation
- Organized, reliable, and confident in maintaining documentation and recruitment tracking
- Proactive, self-managing, and able to own hiring outcomes

- Шукати інформацію у традиційних та нетрадиційних джерелах, таких як дошки оголошень, списки, пошукові системи, соціальні мережі тощо
ВИМОГИ:- Щонайменше 6 місяців досвіду рекрутингу в ІТ-сфері
- Досвід використання інструментів рекрутингу, таких як LinkedIn Recruiter
- Досвід роботи з традиційними та нетрадиційними методами пошуку кандидатів
- Здатність працювати самостійно, але як частина міжнародної команди
- Чітка орієнтація на надання послуг, відчуття оперативності та якості, а також високий рівень гнучкості, креативності, прагматизму та особистого драйву
- Відмінні комунікативні та міжособистісні навички, а також сильні організаційні навички та навички роботи з документацією та високий рівень уваги до деталей
