Responsibilities:

• Shape the product vision and priorities

• Turn ideas, problems, and stakeholder inputs into clear product decisions

• Decide what matters most right now and focus the team on it

• Continuously improve the product based on feedback and results

• Drive a small dev team (3 engineers)

• Work closely with a compact team of developers

• Set goals, priorities, and expectations

• Keep momentum high, even when things are unclear

• Remove blockers and push forward when it’s hard

• Be the person who moves things from “idea” to “done”

• Communicate directly with stakeholders

• Understand business needs and translate them into product work

• Align expectations, challenge assumptions, and explain trade-offs

• Be transparent about progress, risks, and decisions

• Own and prioritize the backlog

• Plan iterations and releases

• Track progress and ensure delivery

• Adapt plans quickly when reality changes

• Improve how the team works without overloading it with process

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Project Manager in IT

• Experience working closely with developers and understanding how software is built

• Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum

• Confident user of Jira and Confluence

• Upper-Intermediate English or higher

• You take ownership and responsibility for results

• You are comfortable making decisions with incomplete information

• You enjoy building things in a startup-like environment

• You can push forward without waiting for perfect conditions

• You care about outcomes, not just processes

• You want to change and improve things, not just keep them running

Наразі шукаємо Middle Product Manager, що доєднаться до нашої продуктової команди DramaShorts.

Які виклики тебе чекають:
— Овнерство за розвиток мобільного продукту: від ідеї до запуску та подальшої оптимізації.
— Запуск фіч end-to-end: пріоритизація, постановка задач у Jira, координація команди, реліз у продакшен.
— Проведення A/B тестів, генерація, валідація та обробка продуктових гіпотез.
— Робота з ключовими продуктовими метриками та прийняття data-driven рішень.
— Взаємодія зі стейкхолдерами (розробка, маркетинг, аналітика, контент) і узгодження пріоритетів.

Що для нас важливо:

— Досвід Product Manager на мобільному продукті (iOS / Android) від 2+ років.

— Робота з даними: розуміння ключових продуктових метрик, вміння робити аналіз та приймати рішення на основі даних.

— Досвід A/B тестів та експериментів: формування гіпотез → запуск → аналіз → рішення.

— Stakeholder management: вміння узгоджувати пріоритети між продуктом, маркетингом, аналітикою, креативом/контентом.

— Розуміння технічних обмежень (API, backend/frontend логіка) на рівні, щоб якісно ставити задачі й приймати trade-offs.

— End-to-end delivery: запуск фіч “з нуля до продакшену” + оптимізація за метриками.

Nice-to-have:

— Досвід монетизації mobile apps глибше: ціноутворення, офери, промо, winback.

— Робота з freemium-моделлю.

— Досвід запуску нових ринків / локалізацій.
