Unity Space is looking for a Business Development Manager to help grow our software development and AI services across the US and European markets.

Key responsibilities:

• Identify and engage new B2B clients
• Run outbound outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other channels
• Work with ICPs and lead lists
• Conduct discovery calls
• Develop partnership and referral channels
• Manage leads and follow-ups in CRM

• Work directly with the CEO on sales strategy and larger opportunities

   

Requirements:

• Experience in B2B sales / business development
• Preferably experience in software development, outsourcing, or IT services
• English level B2/C1 or higher
• Experience working with clients in the US and/or Europe
• Ability to independently generate new opportunities, not just handle inbound leads
