If it doesn’t lead to conversations with real decision-makers, it doesn’t matter.
Success = consistent flow of conversations with decision-makers who fit Mirigos’ ICP.
That’s it. Everything else is how you get there.
📈 How You’ll Be Measured
You will be judged by outcomes, not motion.
We track:
• Qualified meetings booked per week or month
• Lead-to-meeting conversion rate
• System reliability and predictability
• Prospect quality and ICP alignment
• Creative breakthroughs that reduce cost per meeting or unlock new channels
If the system runs consistently and produces executive conversations, you are winning.

You are not an SDR.
You are not a marketing assistant.
You are not a sequence runner.
You are a builder.
Your job is to design and run a signal-driven outbound machine using AI, automation, and intelligence.
🧩 What You’ll Actually Do
• Build a system that identifies, prioritizes, reaches, and engages qualified U.S. tech leaders
• Build your own lead-gen system using whatever tools and automations it takes
• Use tools, AI, automations, and creative strategies to open doors others cant'
• Experiment with copy, channels, and sequences until you find what converts
• Track what matters: meetings booked and conversion rates, not “activity logs”
• Build repeatable processes that can later be scaled or handed off
⚙️ Tools & Environment
We don’t hand you a stack and tell you to click buttons.
You’ll build your own arsenal — whatever gets results.
Expect to use or explore:
• Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, HubSpot (CRM), Notion, Zapier, Google Sheets, AI agents, and ChatGPT. This list constantly changes and so will you.
• Data enrichment, email deliverability, and personalization tools
• Your brain — still the most powerful tool we know
• If you’ve never used some of these, that’s fine. If you can learn fast and make them work, that’s what counts.
