    We’re on the lookout for a creative and experienced SMM Manager who thrives on trends, knows how to build an engaged community, and is passionate about crypto and fintech.


    In this role, you’ll be responsible for elevating our brand’s social media presence across multiple platforms, generating fresh and relevant content, and driving engagement within the Web3 and fintech communities. You’ll have the freedom to own our social strategy and the support of a collaborative content team.

    What You'll Do:
     

    • Develop and execute creative, trend-driven social media strategies to boost brand awareness and community engagement.
    • Proactively research industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to guide content planning.
    • Create and manage high-quality, engaging posts, stories, and visuals across Twitter, Discord, Telegram, Reddit, Instagram, and others.
    •  Maintain consistent brand tone and messaging across all platforms.
    •  Build and manage relationships with influencers and key community figures.
    • Monitor performance metrics and continuously optimize content and strategy based on data insights.
    • Stay up to date with the latest developments in Web3, crypto, and fintech.
    • Work independently while aligning with the broader goals of the content department.


    What We're Looking For:
     

    • 2+ years of experience as an SMM Manager in Web3, crypto, or fintech products (preferably international experience).
    • Strong passion for crypto, blockchain, and fintech ecosystems.
    • Creative thinker with a deep understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable.
    • Proactive, self-starter mindset - you don’t wait for instructions, you bring ideas.
    • Analytical mindset with strong research skills - ability to identify trends, evaluate metrics, and draw insights.
    • Native Ukrainian and Upper-Intermediate (B2) English communication skills.
    • Familiarity with social media tools, scheduling platforms, and analytics dashboards.
    • Basic design skills (Figma, CapCut) to support visual storytelling.
    • Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.

    About the Role:
    Become a core member of our lean, high-impact engineering team and help shape Ukraine’s defensive edge through data. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing and transforming large volumes of acoustic and telemetry data to fuel machine learning models deployed in mission-critical systems. You will own the data workflows that directly support our next-generation AI-based battlefield sensing technologies.


    What You’ll Do:

    • Build and maintain robust pipelines for ingesting, transforming, and storing structured and unstructured acoustic data.
    • Develop scalable solutions for data labeling, augmentation, validation, and monitoring.
    • Collaborate closely with ML researchers to optimize dataset quality, feature representation, and data curation for deep learning.
    • Manage datasets across different environments, ensuring consistency, versioning, and reproducibility.
    • Create tooling and dashboards to visualize data quality and pipeline performance.
    • Identify patterns and extract insights from data to enhance existing models or develop innovative features.


    What You Need:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Applied Math, or related field.
    • 2+ years of experience in data engineering roles, ideally within ML/AI-driven teams.
