We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our international team and bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution on high-ticket projects.

What You Will Do:
Analyze: Document and optimize complex business processes to build high-efficiency Salesforce solutions.
Facilitate: Lead workshops and discovery sessions to define needs, priorities, and project scope for global stakeholders.
Translate: Turn abstract business requirements into crystal-clear User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and process documentation.
Collaborate: Work hand-in-hand with Salesforce Admins, Developers, and QA to ensure functional alignment and seamless delivery.
Validate: Manage UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure the implemented features meet the highest quality standards.

What We Expect:
English: Advanced (C1). Your writing and verbal communication must be flawless, persuasive, and professional for daily interaction with international clients.
Enterprise Experience: Proven track record of working with large-scale Enterprise clients. You understand their internal structures, security requirements, and the complexity of global workflows.
Salesforce Expertise: 1.5–3 years of experience as a BA. You understand the Salesforce data model, objects, and platform logic (Sales, Service, or Experience Cloud).
Technical Writing: Mastery of creating structured documentation (Flow Diagrams, BRD, User Guides) within Agile/Scrum environments.
Result-Oriented: Focus on successful product adoption and business value, not just closing tickets.
