• Helping configure parts of the system
• Preparing onboarding materials and guides
• Supporting senior team members during implementation

• Making sure clients understand how to use the platform

   

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 1–2 years of experience in SaaS, customer support, project coordination, or client communication
• Speaks strong English and is comfortable speaking with international clients
• Is organized and structured
• Learns quickly and is not afraid of complex systems
• Wants to grow in B2B SaaS and client-facing roles
