• Core requirements:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Telecommunications Engineering
  • 3–5 years of experience in RF design and demonstrated participation in full product lifecycle — from schematic design to validation
• RF and Analog Circuit Design
  • Design and analysis of low-noise amplifiers (LNAs), mixers, oscillators, power amplifiers (PAs), filters, and matching networks
  • Proficiency in S-parameters, impedance matching, and network theory
  • Knowledge of RF layout considerations: controlled impedance lines, ground planes, isolation, and coupling minimization
• Microwave and Antenna Systems
  • Understanding of antenna theory, RF propagation, and waveguide structures
  • Experience with antenna integration, matching circuits, and feed network optimization
• Signal Integrity and EMC
  • Familiarity with parasitic effects, crosstalk, return loss, and reflection coefficient management
  • Awareness of EMC/EMI standards and compliance design techniques
• Measurement and Testing
  • Hands-on use of: Vector Network Analyzers (VNAs), Spectrum Analyzers, Signal Generators, Oscilloscopes with RF capabilities, Power meters, noise figure analyzers, and S-parameter test setups
  • Ability to perform RF characterization
• Simulation and Modeling
  • Competence in RF simulation: S-parameter analysis, transient and frequency-domain simulations
  • Knowledge of thermal and mechanical influences on RF behavior

Job Description

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of fullstack Backend development experience
• Proficiency in Rust preferred, or experience in one of: Go, C++, Java, or TypeScript
• Strong fundamentals in computer science and networking
• Experience with cloud platforms, containerization, and microservices architecture
• Strong understanding of SQL, NoSQL, NewSQL databases
• Expertise in data pipeline technologies, ELK stack, and Apache Kafka
• Quick learner with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with real-time data processing, analytics frameworks, and front-end technologies
• Familiarity with metaframeworks like NextJS, NuxtJS, Sveltekit
• Experience building high-throughput, low-latency systems for millions of users
• Familiarity with big data technologies, time-series databases, and data warehousing solutions
• Knowledge of GraphQL, infrastructure-as-code tools, and service mesh technologies

The client is a product international company that provides a defence platform that enables development and security teams to protect critical workloads against emerging threats and undiscovered vulnerabilities with a lightweight agent that protects the organisation's public, private and hybrid cloud deployments on-premises data centres managed. In addition, it is an advanced endpoint detection and response platform, which gathers as much information as possible to detect and analyse complex threats while being as non-intrusive as possible, minimising the impact on the network and the endpoint.
