About the role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager who understands how Web3 development works and can coordinate engineers in a fast-changing environment.

This role is not about formal sprint bureaucracy or just tracking tasks. We need someone who can see bottlenecks early, coordinate team efforts, and help deliver features and releases under real

market pressure.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate development across backend, frontend and blockchain modules
• Work closely with Founder, QA and Product team
• Break product goals into clear technical priorities
• Identify blockers, risks and weak points in delivery
• Quickly reorganize team focus when priorities shift
• Coordinate integrations, releases and production launches
• Help the team handle bugs, scaling issues and unexpected production problems

Requirements

• Experience in technical project / delivery management from 5 years
• Solid understanding of Web3 / DeFi ecosystem
• Previous software development experience or strong technical background
• Understanding of system architecture, APIs and development workflows
• Experience participating in product launches or high-pressure release cycles
• Strong prioritization and decision-making skills

Will be a strong plus

• Experience with trading platforms or fintech products
• Experience working with Solana or other high-performance chains
• Experience with real-time or high-load systems

Language requirements

Working proficiency in Ukrainian or Russian is required.
English — intermediate level or higher.
