We're looking for a Brand Designer to join our team.
 

✅ Responsibilities:

✔️Developing visual concepts and designs that align with a Brand’s identity and meet the needs of marketing teams;

✔️Creating artwork, such as logos, Brand Visual elements, and Brand promotional materials;

✔️Collaborating with marketing teams to ensure that designs accurately reflect the brand’s desired image and messaging;

✔️Researching current design trends and staying up-to-date on new technologies and techniques;

✔️Presenting design concepts to Design Head for review and feedback;

✔️Making revisions and adjustments to brand designs based on feedback;

✔️Managing multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines;

✔️Ensuring that all designs are produced to the highest standards of quality and accuracy.

✅ Requirements:

✔️Minimum 3 years of experience in a Brand Development;

✔️Strong portfolio showcasing a range of Brand Identity design, including different styles and techniques in Branding materials and Logo layouts;

✔️Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work;

✔️Strong communication and collaboration skills;

✔️Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously;

✔️Creative problem-solving skills and ability to think outside the box;

✔️Flexibility and willingness to adapt to changing design needs and priorities;

✔️Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines;

✔️Excellent eye for details (compositions/ design structures);

✔️Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design (3D software might be plus).

Requirements

• Open-minded and innovative team player with a passion to drive excellent results;
• Degree in economics, finance, or other related field;
• Minimum 5 years of overall experience, with minimum 3 years in audit (Big-4 preferred), financial analysis/controlling, or other related field;
• Good working knowledge of Excel and Google Sheets;
• Completed or in progress financial qualifications (ACCA, CFA, etc.);
• Strong communication skills: verbal and written; able to convince opponents on the truth of one's judgments;
• Smart and flexible. An individual who is comfortable with a high degree of 
  ambiguity;

Key Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility of the Finance function in the company, including financial and managerial reporting, audit process, financial planning etc. Report directly to CFO.
• Ensure the finance function is efficient and effective;

We are looking for a confident, responsible person with a high level of English. Our ideal candidate is a person with good communication skills who can not only answer inquiries, but also build trust, support the client, and communicate effectively about the value of the product.

Requirements:

• Fluency in spoken English
• Competent written communication in English
• Experience or skills in sales/customer communication
• Willingness to be online during the work schedule
• Confident use of messengers, social networks, CRM
• High level of self-discipline and stress resistance

Main responsibilities:

• Communication with clients: calls, letters, instant messengers, social networks
• Consultation of potential customers, closing sales
• Providing feedback on the status of orders
• Transfer and coordination of orders with the production department
• Maintain database: status updates, accounting, returns
• Sending emails and communicating with potential partners
• Responding to comments on social media and forums
• Information support of the brand: participation in content distribution

  Mon-Fri: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM ET (16:00-01:00 Kyiv time)
  Sat: 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM ET (17:00-22:00 Kyiv time)
• 6 days a week / ~50 hours
• Internship: 10 working days
