We’re looking for a talented UI/UX Designer to lead product design at EVE. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping the user experience of our autonomous AI meeting assistant, collaborating with product, engineering, and visual design teams to bring elegant, intelligent, and trustworthy AI interactions to life.
What You’ll Do
- Lead product design strategy, ensuring a user-first approach to our AI agent across scheduling, prioritization, and communication flows.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with PMs and engineers to prototype and ship high-quality human-centered AI experiences.
- Build and scale a modular design system for consistency and speed across the product.
- Design thoughtful onboarding and transparency features to educate users on how their data fuels personalized insights.
- Create Human-in-the-Loop workflows that empower users to guide and override AI decisions when needed.

Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience designing UX/UI for digital products, preferably in SaaS or AI environments.
- Proficiency in Figma and design systems thinking.
- Advanced level of English to collaborate effectively in a diverse, global team.
- Experience with prototyping tools (e.g., Framer, Principle, or similar).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design and problem-solving for complex workflows.
- Familiarity with Human-in-the-Loop design principles or agent-based interfaces is a plus.
