We are looking for a VP of AI — a visionary and hands-on leader dedicated to driving AI innovation across Ekreative. This is a full-time executive position focused on researching, testing, and integrating emerging AI technologies to elevate our software development capabilities and operational excellence.

The role has two core focuses:

1. Client-Facing Innovation

• Continuously explore and adopt AI technologies that enhance the quality, speed, and competitiveness of Ekreative’s client services
• Drive AI-powered improvements across design, development, testing, and delivery processes
• Collaborate with project teams to identify opportunities for AI integration into client products and services

2. Internal AI Enablement

• Leverage AI to optimize Ekreative’s internal workflows, knowledge management, and decision-making
• Implement and refine AI tools that improve efficiency across operations, HR, sales, and project management

• Foster a culture of AI adoption and continuous learning within the company

   

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead Ekreative’s company-wide AI strategy and roadmap
• Research and evaluate new AI technologies, frameworks, and tools relevant to software development
• Partner with delivery, R&D, and operations teams to pilot and scale AI-driven initiatives
• Identify measurable KPIs and report progress to the executive team
• Build and mentor an internal AI innovation group or guild
• Stay ahead of global AI trends, ensuring Ekreative remains an early adopter in key areas

• Represent Ekreative’s AI expertise in client discussions, marketing, and industry events

   

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in software development, data science, or AI leadership, including at least 3 years in a senior or executive-level role
• Proven track record of implementing AI technologies in a commercial software or services environment
• Deep understanding of modern AI tools, platforms, and frameworks (e.g., GenAI, Copilot, Claude, OpenAI, Gemini, LLM fine-tuning, etc.)
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinker with the ability to convert emerging technologies into actionable business initiatives

• Experience leading cross-departmental innovation projects and managing technical change

MilX is the solution. We operate two powerhouse verticals:

1. MilX Banking: Elite fintech infrastructure tailored for high-revenue creators.

2. MilX for Business: The definitive CRM and ERP built specifically for

Purpose of the position:

Your goal is to penetrate the "Top 10%" of the creator market. You will sell MilX

Banking to the creators themselves (B2C) and MilX for Business (CRM) to the talent

agencies, production hubs, and MCNs (B2B) that scale them.

Your responsibilities: 

• Dual-Product Mastery: Become an expert in both our Fintech (payouts, credit, FX) and our SaaS (CRM, workflow automation, data analytics) offerings.
• B2B Enterprise Sales: Pitch and close Talent Agencies and MCNs, helping them implement MilX for Business to manage their entire roster.
• B2C Growth: Directly engage high-net-worth creators to migrate their business banking to MilX Banking.
• Full-Cycle Ownership: Manage the journey from cold outreach and "un-ignorable" DMs to technical demos, contract negotiation, and final closing.
• Strategic Upselling: Identify opportunities to move Banking clients onto our CRM, and vice versa, creating a locked-in MilX ecosystem.
• Pipeline Architecture: Build and refine the "MilX Playbook" for navigating agency gatekeepers and creator entourages.

Candidate Requirements:

• The Hybrid Hunter: You have a proven track record in both Fintech (numbers-driven) and SaaS (solution-driven) sales.
• Cold Calling Native: You have "ice in your veins." You are comfortable calling a CEO at a top-tier agency or DMing a 10M+ sub creator.
• SaaS Savvy: You understand how a CRM solves operational pain. You can speak fluently about API integrations, data silos, and workflow automation.
• Creator Fluent: You understand the economics of YouTube-from CPM fluctuations to the complexity of multi-channel management.
• Flawless English: C1/C2 level. You communicate with the authority of a Partner and the speed of a Founder.

WOW24-7 is looking for an experienced Onboarding Manager (Head of Onboarding) to own and lead the entire onboarding lifecycle for new client projects.
This role is responsible for ensuring smooth project launches from contract signing to go-live, aligning Sales → Onboarding → Operations processes, and building structured, scalable onboarding standards.
The Onboarding Manager will manage both the Onboarding Specialist and Trainer, ensuring that documentation, CRM setup, knowledge bases, and training processes are consistent, high-quality, and aligned with operational expectations.
This is a strategic and operational leadership role focused on governance, stakeholder alignment, readiness control, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:

✔️3-5+ years of experience in customer support operations, onboarding, implementation, or BPO environment
✔️Proven experience managing onboarding projects end-to-end
✔️Experience managing or mentoring team members
