This role is critical in driving client lifetime value by proactively addressing risks and maximizing product utilization.

     Key Responsibilities

• Client Base Management (managing the client portfolio, regular communication with clients, controlling the status of each client, client retention etc.)
• Working with At-Risk Agencies (monitoring product usage indicators, forming a list of at-risk agencies, Initiating contact for client reactivation)

Mission of the Role

To build and strengthen Skylum’s global identity as a multi-product ecosystem for creators.

This role is responsible for helping transform market perception of the company from “the maker of Luminar” into a leader in innovative solutions for visual content creation. Required skills:

• Strong will and aspiration in making the first step in the Networking and Information Systems Security industry.
• Strong computer skills with an emphasis on Networking, TCP/IP, Firewalls, and proxy servers.
• CCNA Certification or equivalent knowledge level.

Scope of work:

• Provide technical support for Cato Networks customers around the world.
• Own and manage customer issues and see problems throughout resolution.
• Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify solutions to resolve customer issues, keeping a positive and “can-do” attitude.
• Be a focal point for the customer’s needs and become a trusted advisor with customers by deeply understanding their business and aligning their needs with our solutions.
• Act as a customer advocate internally while effectively collaborating with internal teams, including product management, engineering, sales, and finance.
• Track and monitor customer status and identify both areas of concern and growth opportunities.
• Be a part of building and expanding the company’s Global Support Services.

About the client:

Our customer is the European online car market with over 30 million monthly users, with a market presence in 18 countries. As a Senior Atlassian Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of online car markets and enhancing the user experience for millions of car buyers and sellers.

Project:

The role involves helping our client with migration tasks after they acquired a smaller company, specifically migrating Atlassian and Slack accounts from the acquired company.

Requirements: 

• 4+ years of experience as an Atlassian Engineer or a similar technical role.
• Proficiency with JCMA (Jira Cloud Migration Assistant) and CCMA (Confluence Cloud Migration Assistant).
• Experience moving multiple workspaces into a single Slack Enterprise Grid org.
• Familiarity with Slack's Corporate Export tools and handling JSON/CSV data files.
• Experience with connecting Jira, Confluence, and Bitbucket "hooks" in the new Slack environment.
• Skills of configuring Okta, Azure AD, or Google Workspace with Atlassian Access and Slack.
• Experience with Python/Bash Scripting
• Deep SQL knowledge
