Overview

We are seeking a highly reliable, sharp, and execution-focused Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a high-intensity startup environment. This role requires exceptional ownership, speed, discretion, and the ability to operate under pressure with minimal guidance.

The Executive Assistant is a trusted extension of the executive and must be comfortable with outside-of-hours availability and 24/7 responsiveness when required.

Key Responsibilities

Executive & Strategic Support

• Manage complex calendars, scheduling, and shifting priorities
• Act as a gatekeeper for communications and time-critical requests
• Prepare briefings, documents, reports, and executive summaries
• Track action items, deadlines, and strategic initiatives

Communication & Coordination

• Handle email and message triage with urgency and judgment
• Draft and send professional correspondence on behalf of the executive
