What Our Mobile Development Team Does:
Our primary focus is the development of a POS (Point of Sale) system. This forms the core of our Teamwork Commerce Suite product, with development starting back in 2011. Initially written in Objective-C, the team has now fully transitioned to Swift, with only a small portion (around 20%) of the old code still being maintained.
A significant part of our work involves data handling, specifically with data stored in SQLite. We interact directly with the database without relying on any third-party wrappers.
We are responsible for implementing designs provided by our dedicated team of designers and business analysts. Due to the nature of our product, there's extensive interaction with various third-party hardware. This includes devices like payment terminals, RFID readers, receipt printers, and cash machines. We work with these devices using diverse protocols such as TCP/IP, HTTP, and Bluetooth. Of course, our work also encompasses standard development tasks like UI implementation and business logic.
The mobile development team consists of 9 developers, comprising both Middle and Senior specialists.

Thus, currently we are expanding our project team and inviting candidates for a position of Developer for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC/NAV).
You may have different experience and grade – Junior, Middle or Senior. But most important is your desire to deepen your knowledge in developing in BC, and we will definitely help you with this!
We offer full-time as well as part-time / freelance cooperation depending on your availability.
Projects: you will participate in external implementation, upgrade and support projects for Innoware customers that operate in various business fields. Geography: mainly Ukraine and EU.
Main stack: D365 Business Central, Visual Studio Code, C/AL, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, Git.
Your key tasks will be:
- Developing new functionalities within D365 Business Central.
- Interacting with consultants regarding project tasks.
- Finding the best algorithms for specific requirements realization.
- Solution testing.
- Code reimplementation, code refactoring.
- Code quality control.
- Estimating time needed for modification.
- Optimizing existing custom functionality.
- GoLive and post implementation support.
Additionally, in the future (or now if you’ve got such experience):
- Integration of BC/NAV with other solutions and applications.
- Upgrades of Microsoft Dynamics NAV to D365 Business Central.
- Data migration.
- Conducting development training.
Qualification:
- 1+ year of experience in D365 Business Central and/or NAV programming (AL, C/AL).
- Junior, Middle or Senior level for full-time contract, and Middle or Senior – for freelance cooperation.
- Knowledge of SQL.
- Experience in projects of ERP system implementation.
- Experience of technical documentation creation.
- Ability to understand requirements and project documentation.
- University degree in IT, computer science, cybernetics or mathematics.
- Microsoft Certification will be an advantage.
- Intermediate/B1 English (writing, reading), fluent Ukrainian.
