    • Responsibilities:

      Backend (PHP):
      - Analyze and upgrade a legacy PHP codebase to improve maintainability, performance, and security

    About the Role 
     

    We are seeking an experienced Delivery Director to lead and scale our client delivery across automation and AI programmes. This is a senior leadership role responsible for end-to-end delivery oversight, client success, team leadership, and ensuring our work delivers measurable business value.

    • Work fluently with LLM tools as part of the content workflow.
    • Improve and humanise AI assisted writing so it reads as clear, credible and genuinely useful.
    • Ensure AI-generated content meets GenAI Works standards for trust, accuracy and originality.

       

    What We’re Looking For
     

    • Proven experience as a Content Marketing Manager, Senior Content Manager, or similar role.
    • Excellent copywriting skills. You must be able to produce strong work yourself, not just edit others.
    • Direct experience working with AI tools and LLMs in content workflows.
    • Strong ability to humanise AI assisted writing so it does not sound generic, over polished, or synthetic.
    • Experience managing and improving the output of a small content team.
