About the Role 
 

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Director to lead and scale our client delivery across automation and AI programmes. This is a senior leadership role responsible for end-to-end delivery oversight, client success, team leadership, and ensuring our work delivers measurable business value. 

You will act as a trusted partner to senior client stakeholders, own programme governance, manage delivery risk, and help shape UAI Labs’ delivery standards, operating model, and growth trajectory 
 

Responsibilities 
 

• Own end-to-end delivery across multiple client programmes, ensuring quality, value, and outcomes 
• Act as senior escalation point for delivery risks, dependencies, and challenges 
• Lead programme governance, planning, and reporting across complex engagements 
• Partner with clients at senior leadership level to align delivery with strategic objectives 
• Oversee business cases, roadmaps, and prioritisation of automation initiatives 
• Manage and mentor delivery leads, business analysts, and project teams 
• Ensure consistent use of delivery standards, documentation, and best practices 
• Balance scope, timelines, budget, and resource constraints across programmes 
• Collaborate closely with technical leadership to align delivery and solution design 
• Support pre-sales, proposals, and shaping of new engagements where required 
• Continuously improve delivery frameworks, tooling, and ways of working 
   

Required Skills & Qualifications 
 

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field 
• 9+ years of experience in Management Consulting, Programme Management, or Business Transformation roles 
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-stream programmes or portfolios 
• Strong background in client-facing delivery and senior stakeholder management 
• Experience owning governance, financials, resourcing, and delivery risk 
• Ability to operate confidently with C-suite and executive stakeholders 
• Strong commercial acumen and experience managing delivery budgets 
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills 
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, scaling environments 

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written 

   

Preferred Qualifications 

• Experience delivering automation, digital transformation, or AI-led programmes 
• Exposure to operating models, process optimisation, or transformation initiatives 
• Understanding of Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies 
• Experience working in high-growth consultancies or scale-ups 

• Familiarity with enterprise platforms (e.g. ERP, CRM, ServiceNow, RPA tools)

About the role
 

We are hiring a senior Content Marketing Manager to own content quality, manage a small content team, and actively write high quality copy themselves.

This role oversees three core operational areas:

• Strong hands on copywriting
• Clear editorial judgment and quality control
• Practical team management and delivery oversight

This is not a lightweight coordination role and not a junior content lead. You will proactively be responsible for raising standards, reducing friction and supporting leadership directly.

What You’ll Do

Team Management and support
 

• Manage a small team of writers and contributors.
• Give clear feedback, direction, and coaching to raise output quality.
• Organise work so deadlines are met.

• Reduce dependency on leadership for day-to-day quality control.

   

Content quality and writing
 

• Personally write high quality copy across key channels, including LinkedIn, newsletters, long form articles and campaign messaging.
• Set and enforce a clear quality bar for tone, clarity, structure and credibility.
• Act as final editor for externally facing content before publication.

• Ensure all content reflects deep understanding of AI topics rather than surface level commentary.

   

Content strategy and execution
 

• Translate high level marketing and positioning goals into concrete content plans.
• Ensure consistency across channels while adapting formats appropriately.

• Balance speed with quality. Nothing should ship unclear, rushed, or off brand.

   

AI and LLM driven content
 

• Work fluently with LLM tools as part of the content workflow.
• Improve and humanise AI assisted writing so it reads as clear, credible and genuinely useful.

• Ensure AI-generated content meets GenAI Works standards for trust, accuracy and originality.

   

What We’re Looking For
 

• Proven experience as a Content Marketing Manager, Senior Content Manager, or similar role.
• Excellent copywriting skills. You must be able to produce strong work yourself, not just edit others.
• Direct experience working with AI tools and LLMs in content workflows.
• Strong ability to humanise AI assisted writing so it does not sound generic, over polished, or synthetic.
• Experience managing and improving the output of a small content team.

• High standards and strong editorial judgment.

   

Strong plus
 

• Experience working in AI, developer tools, SaaS, or technical education.
• Familiarity with explaining complex AI concepts clearly to non expert audiences.

• Comfort working in fast moving environments where clarity matters more than volume.
