One of our current priorities is to hire a Junior Customer Support Specialist. This role is focused on facilitating productive interactions between developers and customers, ensuring efficient handling of technical requests. Responsibilities will include everything from implementing new features and system components for existing software to ad-hoc troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Ideal candidates should have:

• A basic understanding of the software development process and familiarity with tools such as issue trackers and virtual customer support (VCS) systems; theoretical knowledge is acceptable.

Job Title: IT Support Specialist (Junior/Mid-Level)
Location: Remote (Working Hours: CST / US Time Zone, 8 AM – 5 PM CST)

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated IT Support Specialist to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about IT, eager to grow, and comfortable communicating directly with end-users. You’ll be working with modern tools and technologies to support day-to-day operations, solve technical issues, and help improve infrastructure security and reliability.

This position requires excellent English communication skills as you will be responding to support tickets and answering calls from users (primarily in English).

Working Hours

• Remote work, but you must be available during U.S. Central Standard Time (CST):
  8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST (equivalent to 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM Kyiv time)

   

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to help desk tickets and direct user support requests
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues (Windows, networking, Microsoft 365, etc.)
• Assist with user management in Microsoft 365, Exchange, Entra ID, and Intune
• Configure and manage security tools (MFA, Conditional Access, Defender, SentinelOne, etc.)
• Perform basic network and DNS troubleshooting
• Maintain and monitor RMM and PSA tools
• Support backups, printers, VOIP systems, and remote access tools
• Provide assistance with cybersecurity awareness tools and endpoint protection

• Collaborate with senior staff for escalated tickets and system improvements

Must-Have:

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to work CST hours and handle end-user calls

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Microsoft Servers (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS)
