• Own the Customer Experience: Serve as the primary point of contact (L1) for our business and communication application users, delivering timely and professional support.
• Investigate and Resolve: Efficiently troubleshoot, reproduce, and document customer issues end-to-end within our ticketing system.
• Drive Process Improvement: Identify and report on recurring technical issues, contributing insights to reduce future problems and enhance product stability.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Experience: At least 1 year in a dedicated Technical Support, Helpdesk, or IT role.

THE ROLE

This is a hybrid DevOps/Backend Engineering role involving cloud engineering, backend systems, and infrastructure migration. You’ll work with systems originating from different environments, requiring cloud expertise, backend understanding, and fast learning.

You will evaluate, plan, and migrate backend systems from various cloud and hosting providers (AWS, Azure, GCP, custom setups, and more) into our infrastructure. By leveraging AI tools and automation, you will significantly accelerate migrations and modernization efforts.

This role suits someone who enjoys solving complex puzzles, exploring unknown systems, and working independently in a remote environment. Your work will directly support the scale and efficiency of Rounds’ operations.

• Architect, evolve, and oversee backend infrastructure transformations.
