Your role and impact:

As a Quality Assurance Specialist you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the quality of our cutting-edge payment solutions. Your efforts in identifying, reporting, and tracking bugs, along with your active involvement in the entire software development lifecycle, will directly contribute to the reliability and performance of our products. You'll collaborate with a dynamic team to push the boundaries of what's possible in the fintech industry.

Your key responsibilities:

• Analysis of requirements and writing detailed test cases.
• Reproduce problems and describe them in detailed bug reports.
• Communicate these issues to project managers or senior specialists and coordinating efforts until issues are resolved.
• Perform functional, regression, UI/UX, integration and requirements testing.
• Manual testing including: Web(DevTool), API(Postman), backend.
• Performing calculations for simple cases using math, testing various payment methods and check out.
• Working with databases and SQL.
• Tracking all project corrections. 
• Working closely with development, design, and product management teams to coordinate work efforts and ensure quality standards are met.
• Proposing enhancements for the tested features based on analytical insights.
• Communicating with customers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to execute effective testing strategies.

Requirements & skills:

• Important: analytical mind, able to work well with numbers and calculations. 
• You must be able to check complex formulas and calculations.
• Web testing experience: 1,5 year or more
• API testing experience: 1,5 year or more
• Experience working with Postman, DevTool.
• Making simple SQL queries
• Experience with payment systems and payments methods
• Experience in writing detailed test cases and working with any TMT
• Confident knowledge and practice of using test design techniques.
• Solid understanding of SDLC, STLC.
• Agile development methodology including Scrum and Kanban. 
• Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, client-server architecture.
• Ability to effectively create and manage test documentation.
• Proven analytical thinking, problem solving skills and product orientation.
• Strong communication skills and intermediate level of English.
• Experience in analyzing the interaction of tested features with other system components.

Your key responsibilities:

• Manual Testing: Conduct thorough manual testing to identify and document defects, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement across various platforms and devices.
• Automated Testing:
  - Design and support Test Automation Frameworks (Playwright/TS) and infrastructure to ensure consistent quality and efficiency.
  - Create CI/CD pipelines
  - Promote the use of the Shift Left testing approach.
• Playwright Integration: Utilize Playwright for API, e2e and UI testing, contributing to seamless testing processes that align with our technological stack.
• Test Plan Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop test plans of autotest coverage, including defining objectives, strategies, test cases, and success criteria.
• Bug Reporting: Identify, log, and track bugs and issues, working closely with the development team to ensure timely resolution.
• Performance Testing: Assess system performance and make recommendations for enhancements, ensuring optimal user experience.
• Collaboration with Team: Work in close partnership with developers, PM, Head of QA and other stakeholders to align testing with business requirements and project goals.
• Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry practices and tools, continuously enhancing our testing methodologies to maintain the highest standards of quality.
• Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of testing procedures, results, and any relevant observations, contributing to transparency and knowledge sharing within the team.

Requirements & skills:

• Previous Experience:
  - 3+ years of relevant experience in quality assurance, including both manual and automated testing.
  - 2+ years hands on experience automation UI and API with JavaScript/TypeScript based test frameworks (Playwright, Cypress, Webdriver.IO);
  - Performance testing experience with Jmeter or Locust is a plus
• Manual Testing: Strong experience in manual testing methodologies and practices. You must understand and be able to discuss testing principles, levels, and basic test design techniques. 
• Understanding of SDLC: Comprehensive knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including Agile methodologies.
• Problem-Solving Ability: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and create effective solutions.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to meticulously review code, specifications, and documentation to identify discrepancies and inconsistencies.
• Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for clear documentation and collaboration with team members.
• Experience with Version Control Systems:
  Experience with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, Jenkins etc;
  Experience with version control systems like GitHub, GitLab, BitBucket;
