Ми шукаємо User Acquisition Manager із фокусом на Tier-1 ринки для розвитку e-commerce напряму та побудови performance-стратегії.

Роль передбачає відповідальність за запуск і масштабування performance-кампаній, а також участь у формуванні підходів до тестування та розвитку цього напряму.

У міру масштабування передбачена перспектива розвитку до Lead ролі з формуванням власної команди та розширенням зони відповідальності.

Ти працюватимеш у тісній взаємодії з маркетинговою, продуктовою та креативною командами.

Ключові завдання: 

• Побудова та реалізація User Acquisition стратегії

• Запуск та масштабування рекламних кампаній у Meta з фокусом на Tier-1 ринки

• Пошук і тестування нових гіпотез, аудиторій та підходів до залучення користувачів

• Оптимізація кампаній із фокусом на бізнес-результат

• Робота з аналітикою та прийняття рішень на основі даних

• Співпраця з продуктовою та креативною командами для підвищення ефективності

• Формування системного підходу до тестування та масштабування

Необхідні навички та досвід:

• 2+ роки досвіду в User Acquisition або Performance Marketing

• Практичний досвід роботи з Meta Ads

• Досвід запусків на Tier-1 ринки

• Глибоке розуміння performance-метрик та вміння працювати з аналітикою

• Досвід оптимізації кампаній на основі даних і глибинних подій

Cyber Harbor is a fast-growing Ukraine-based company founded by engineers and researchers who helped defend critical cyber infrastructure during the war. Our work is shaped by real-world experience, and we build AI-powered systems designed for complex, high-stakes environments.

We are currently looking for a AI Infrastructure Engineer who will take primary responsibility for the physical infrastructure behind our AI-powered platform. This role is focused on building and operating high-performance server environments within secure, closed networks. You will design, assemble, and maintain the compute and storage infrastructure that supports large-scale AI pipelines, RAG systems, and data processing workloads.

Please note that this role is based in Kyiv and is not fully remote. The infrastructure you will support runs on physical servers deployed in secure environments, so regular visits to(mostly local) data centers are an essential part of the job. From time to time, you will need to be on-site to assemble hardware, perform maintenance, troubleshoot issues, and support infrastructure upgrades.

What You Will Do

• Design and deploy physical server infrastructure for AI workloads, vector search systems, and large-scale data pipelines.
• Assemble and configure servers with CPU, GPU, storage, and high-speed networking components.
• Build and maintain compute nodes used for AI model inference, training, and large-scale data processing.
• Deploy and maintain Linux-based server environments used by AI engineers, data engineers, and platform services.
• Configure high-performance storage for large datasets, embeddings, and model artifacts.
• Plan and maintain connectivity between compute nodes, storage systems, and internal services.
• Monitor hardware health, system performance, storage utilization, and network throughput.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware failures, disk issues, networking problems, and OS-level incidents.
• Work closely with AI/ML engineers, data engineers, and DevOps teams to ensure the infrastructure can reliably support demanding AI workloads.
• Maintain secure infrastructure in isolated or restricted network environments.
• Document infrastructure architecture, server configurations, and operational procedures.

• Experience assembling or configuring servers with GPUs, NVMe storage, RAID controllers, and high-speed networking.

Що ви будете робити

• Проєктувати та розгортати фізичну серверну інфраструктуру для AI workloads, vector search systems і масштабних data pipelines.
• Збирати та налаштовувати сервери з CPU, GPU, storage і компонентами високошвидкісної мережевої інфраструктури.
• Будувати та підтримувати compute nodes для AI model inference, training і великомасштабної обробки даних.
• Розгортати та підтримувати Linux-based серверні середовища, з якими працюють AI engineers, data engineers і platform services.

• Підтримувати безпечну інфраструктуру в ізольованих або обмежених мережевих середовищах.
• Вести технічну документацію щодо архітектури інфраструктури, конфігурацій серверів і операційних процедур.

We are currently expanding and looking for a strong Data Engineer to help us design and build scalable pipelines for processing large volumes of both structured and unstructured data. These pipelines power comprehensive, interactive knowledge bases used in real-world operations. 

In this role, you will work closely with the core data processing workflows and collaborate daily with software engineers, AI/ML engineers, DevOps specialists, and the QA team. Because much of the work happens across different parts of the system, strong communication and the ability to collaborate effectively with other teams are essential.

What You Will Do

- Design and build ETL/ELT pipelines for large volumes of unstructured data using orchestrators such as Temporal, Prefect, Celery, or Airflow, along with distributed processing engines like Ray and Spark.
- Automate AI-related tasks including text extraction, summarization, OCR, named entity recognition, and embedding generation using various self-hosted models, including some developed in-house.
- Design data schemas and manage storage across multiple systems, including relational databases (PostgreSQL), NoSQL databases (Elasticsearch, Mongodb), vector search engines (Qdrant, Milvus), and graph databases (Neo4j).
- Set up and maintain messaging queues for distributed data processing using tools such as Kafka, RabbitMQ.
- Develop custom Python tools and logic to ensure high throughput, reliability, and fault tolerance in data pipelines.
- Containerize services with Docker and orchestrate deployments using Kubernetes, including on-premise environments.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable development and deployment workflows.
- Monitor infrastructure and pipeline health using Prometheus and Grafana, and manage centralized logging with the ELK Stack.

What You Need to Join Us

- Strong hands-on experience with SELF-HOSTED data engineering tools.
- Solid Python skills and the ability to build reliable, production-grade data workflows.
- Experience automating workflows that involve different AI models, including self-hosted ones.
- Good understanding of how modern search and RAG systems are designed and operate.

This is a hands-on, coordination-focused role for someone who enjoys structuring complex setups, aligning multiple stakeholders, and improving marketing operations with modern tools — including AI.

What You’ll Do

 Coordination Between Stakeholders (Group → Agency → Contractors)

• Act as the primary Marketing Coordinator across Astecture Group

• Ensure clear and consistent communication between internal teams, the marketing agency, and freelancers
